Hello! It's great to hear that you've had such good service from your Garrard turntable. We've already sold ours on Ebay (for about $80), so we don't have it anymore. Have you ever read the forums on audiokarma ? I am sure that someone there could be of help to you. Other than minor lubrication of the parts underneath, I don't really know what to suggest. I have the exact same turntable and it has worked well over 35+ years. Suddenly I have run into a slight problem in that the stylus doesn't cue up at the proper starting point for 33 1/3 12" records, but moves inward to approx. starting point for song # 5. The adjustment screw for this (as shown in manual) only provides minor improvement. Any ideas on how to fix? There is no obvious damage to my unit whatever; in fact it still produces extremely high quality playback! Thanks!
