For those of you who haven't researched it yet (not that I have, I happen to know this), the song is based off of the 1st Movement of Winter, from Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons". You can find to the sheet music somewhere, though it's originally written for violin.

AVI is not a format per se, AVI is just a container for streams, for example an audio and a video stream in case of a video file. The streams are compressed with codecs (example: MP3 for audio, MPEG-4 for video). Depending on which you use, your result will vary.
