Problem solved. ATTENTION everyone! The cannon HAS to be facing the direction the sun and moon go DOWN! The tnt blocks hop this way when activated so the cannon MUST be facing this way otherwise they will hop out of place!

I am really confused!!! @.@ I tried this on my own game, it worked just fine. Then i moved somewhere else and tried modifying it with repeaters to set off the far tnt without having to click. It didnt work. i assumed a flaw in my design, but i went back to your version, and it didnt work for me anymore!!! the top layer of tnt doesnt fall into the water anymore, they just bounce and move over to the stone on the left now. any explanation for this? :( ive run it multiple times, same result

Its the timing that he sets off the final TnT. It bobbles up and down and if the other TnT hits it while its in the air, it will go farther.
