  • JASON RULES

  • Why is it to graphic to show? I watched it and disagree

  • anyone have the scene that the mythbusters didnt show? where they actually smashed the pig's face?

  • Jason dunked her head for 3 seconds and only the face smashed, not the entire head

  • Just like to point out that nowhere in jason X do they say its liquid nitrogen.. for all we know it could be some space age shit? ever think of that mythbusters? lol

  • gooDOTgl/eRlEW Discovery... y u no show full clip

  • WTF is wrong with discovery networks for not showing the rest. Just because i see the beginning here doesnt mean im going to watch it on tv, anyway i dont receive it so it just means i hate DN even more!!!!

  • I hate coming across these videos and thinking I'm actually going to see them do the myth... one day I will learn. >_>

  • @cbale2000 same here -_-

  • They declared the myth busted because the frozen heads did not shatter entirely like the ice one. But if you look closely at the scene from Jason X, only the face shatter, the rest of the head remains pretty much intact, just like the tests done with frozen heads...

  • Dumpert !

  • jason x property of new line cinema

  • that scene from the movie is so disturbing...

  • how was that cartoon remake not graphic, u could have showed the orignal, there is no cenosr in science

    !

  • that scene disturbs me... o_e

  • it's just a movie c'mon of corse it's fake

  • 0:22 let's talk about shatting bricks! xD

    love this show:o

  • @okfortakeoff is s07 and episode 16;)

  • what season and episode is this one?

  • @ThumbsDown112 lastly, if it made perfect sense to you, you really need to reevaluate your intellect

for your benefit i'm assuming u're just a kid with inferiority complex issues and wants to prove he knows a lot.

i really hope u're not that poor teenager who doesn't even know how to calculate

100% vs 79% of a substance would depend on the other 21% of that substance being either lighter or heavier.

    seriously.

  • @ThumbsDown112 secondly, let's say i humour u in ur argument and we talk about dangerous nitrogen sinking:

    density at 0deg celcius

    nitrogen:1.251 g/L

    Oxygen:1.429 g/L

    co2:1.977 g/L

79% nitrogen in an air mixture actually IS heavier than 100% nitrogen.

or we'd have died long ago dumbass. 10000km to the exosphere means 7900km from ground up of pure nitrogen with oxygen at the top. we'd be dead.

  • @ThumbsDown112 if u're a kid, go back to school.

if u're an adult, u really should have stayed in school.

the reason u don't know what i'm talking about is because u really need to read more. seriously.

firstly your argument made zero sense. asphyxiation through unaware displacement is the main danger, not any sinking of nitrogen.

    TBC in next post-->

  • this is great qaulity dude

  • How ethical is it really, to purchase some actual human skulls basically just so you can fuck around with them for a TV show? The Bone Room's website says nothing about their human remains other than that they're "from china". Uhhh, that's not good enough I don't think. Who did they come from? Did they or their families care about what would happen to their remains after they died? Do they even know? If the person explicitly didn't care what happened, fine, but I doubt that's the case.

  • surely they dont use real ppls head?? well if they do then thats just sick!

  • Lol im sorry to be the stick in the mud, but China is communist, who gives a shit...JUST KIDDING. I understand your point and I agree, although maybe the body was donated for scientific purposed, although I think the person who's skull it was formerly is rolling in their grave.

  • @10mintwo

    "From China"

They probly come from exicuted people then which is a bit sick. China does lots of that.

  • I saw that scene on jason x and I ilterally said "WTF"

  • Myth busters is a myth. Oh and no the 5sec time is not long enough to freeze a human skull. But did you know that Nitrogen kills more lab workers than anything. Anyone out there know why??

  • IDK carelessness?

  • Breathing it? I hear you can really screw yourself up that way.

  • DMetroneis:

    OH NO WE'RE ALL DEAD!

    HAHA

  • ROFL! Oops.

I meant "inhaling LIQUID nitrogen". Like, aspirating it while it's still that cold.

  • Comment removed

  • @TheBlueRose7 Suffocation because its heavy if you collapse in a poor ventilated room also people who bend down to help can be effected also.

  • nitrogen is 79% of the air we breathe.

how can it be heavier than itself? how would it sink to its own bottom?

do u have any idea what you're saying?

nitrogen is dangerous because it can displace oxygen in a confined environment and we wouldn't even be aware of it when it happens

nitrogen by itself is non toxic. and it's definitely not heavier than the air we breathe. not significantly. it IS the air in the first place, it can't be heavier than itself.

  • @hypermegaman because %100 nitrogen is heavier than %79 nitrogen

  • @ThumbsDown112 which would have caused asphyxiation via displacement of oxygen, regardless of the pose of the person, as i mentioned.

    your argument makes zero sense

  • @hypermegaman i dont know what you are talking about, but to clear the air let's re-cap.... you asked how can nitrogen be heavier than its self, and i answered "because %100 nitrogen is heavier than 79% nitrogen" assuming that they both have a equal amount. which makes perfect sense to me, but what confuses me is your reply which is completely irrelevant. i hope my argument makes sense to you now. I know how hard is for retarded people to concentrate.

  • @ThumbsDown112

wrong. nitrogen is lighter than oxygen and as such 100% nitrogen is lighter than 79%N2 20%O2 is heavier than 100% nitrogen. the only way nitrogen is heavier than air is that when boiling off from liquid nitrogen it is colder.

  • well anything nitrogen based is toxic to humans right? (which is why our body will convert ammonia to urea and then expel it as urine)

  • @browntown72: Elemental nitrogen (gas or liquid) is completely distinct from molecular compounds containing Nitrogen. In fact, any molecule will have different properties than pure allotropes of their component atoms. N2 is biologically inert in most animals.

There are many Nitrogen-containing molecules that are not toxic. Most importantly, amino acids (which make proteins) and DNA are both types of Nitrogen-based molecules.

  • No the air is at least 70% nitrogen. Bell...

  • why?

  • leiden frost effect

  • I saw this Episode On TV!

  • Why don't they just use dead animal parts?

  • i dont know

  • i might re-edit this episode with the scene from the movie

  • please do and let us know about it

  • lol!!! its on where im at right now!

  • X-files also had the liquid-nitrogen head thing in an episode.

  • @antiego1 yea i remember that..:D.. i was like 9 when i watched it...scared the shit outta me!!!

  • what movie were they talking about?? the shattering heads one

  • that dumbass movie jason X, the only good part of the whole movie was when this robot fucked jason up big time!

  • Jason X.

  • Can somebody tell me who sings that song from a commercial of sunday selection?

  • few scripts is fine though.. but not the whole episode!! lol

  • They never script the show! they've just been getting better at what they do.

  • DiscoveryChannel I love the older mythbusters episodes, because its not entirely scripted, their reactions to something are real.. their talking to each other when doing something are real.. its better if the whole episode is not scripted. do the old style its better, dont fix when its not broken.

  • With you there

  • is kelly pregnant? wow is been a while since the last time i watched mythbuster.

  • they say kari is not pregnant anymore

  • Yes. Birth.

  • it's kari and yes

  • where the f#@# does that guy get real human skulls???? they did say real human skulls right?

  • people die everyday, and alot of people donate themselves to watever, so its not hard to find human skulls people die all the time..

  • there's a store in san fran that sells them so yeah they can get body parts easy

  • Thats disgusing.

  • First of all, the X in Jason X has a doubled meaning, X as in tenth in the series and X as in the letter for the title. The trailers even said "Jason X" not Jason 10....and second, I believe this was done in Demolition Man first.

  • They did it on X-Files first.

  • let me see

  • why not test it on a real pigs head?

  • I was thinking the same thing, maybe because pig skull's are thicker then ours

  • No they aren't.I actually found a site were you could find densities and different types of stresses you can put on human bones and animal bones.Though I gotta find it,if you're interested I'll pm you!

  • jason kill a human not a pig

  • Pigs are our closest biological analogue. Cardiologists practice, for instance, on pig hearts and we reportedly taste like pork (not chicken as is the common joke).

  • have u ever clean an oven or a fridge?

any meat is hard to clean and it is nasty

plus most of the people who watch this are teenagers, and "hippies" will start saying the show is bad for using animals, blah blah, it will keep going on

and a gel head looks cool

  • @maydayfire because people will consider it to be cruel no matter how they were obtained

  • @maydayfire they did. watch the episode

  • @hypermegaman where can i see it?

  • @marino4691 on your local cable channel, marino. legally. wait for it where u normally watch this show and wait for this episode

  • @hypermegaman legally? what would be illegally?

"wait for it" - haha funny man!

  • @maydayfire beacause its not warm as its alive

  • @maydayfire why not test it in your head?........think about it?

  • @maydayfire they did this is just the first part

  • @maydayfire they DID test it on a real pigs head during the second half of the test

  • Nice!

  • cool

  • finnaly someone gets the jason movie right its ten not X

its just the roman numeral for it

  • X is ten. What makes X any different from 10?

  • yea i know duhhhh

but everyone calls it X not ten
