I'm assuming people reading this have seen the rest of the game, but just in case "Spoiler Alert!" Okay, did anyone else think Merino was going to turn evil or something? He started saying the same exact things as Duvall, like how all your feelings and whatnot are just electrical impulses. Then I realized they probably just put that in there to show that even though they're fighting each other, they still think alike. I that that was a really cool to throw into the game's story. Haze rocked.

When Shane started to ask "Who will we be in the morning" and say "That trooper is a mother's son" I thought Shane would fly solo from there. I think this chapter was the most disturbing. You see these slowly dying troopers..

Me too, but that might of spoilt it. Its a clever ending that makes you think from your own perspective (even if the story was following a character perspective til now). Even the "please dont tell my mom" line that came out at the end had good meaning in it, which surprised me. This whole game surprised me.

Cause on the first part of this mission when Carpenter's talking to Merino, Carpenter says 'These people are still children of Mothers' (or something like that:P)

And Merino says 'Then their Mother's should be ashamed'

So he doesn't want his Mother to be ashamed

In my opinion they are a little better, but not by much. It seems like a lot of time and detail was put into the weapons, but not into the environments.
