Prostitution- Human trafficing and Regulating the system both are problems in countires where it is legal. Drugs- controlling obviously dangerous substances such as meth and pcp. They could stop spending the ridiculous amount of money they spend on cigarettes, but are so consumed with there lives, that they would just rather buy it from the store. If marijuana were legalized, it wouldnt cause everybody to just start growing. A lot of people dont have time for that, and would rather just purchase it from a seller.

LOL...what an ignorant remark that is. Basically, you don't know my people!!! So if I were you, I better 'discard' of that comment you made. In the United States, Vietnamese-Americans are hardworking people and because of that, they got the honor and respect of the mainstream American public. That is why many of them went on to work for government, such as in the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Justice Department. So if I were you, I would go do some research on my people.
