And just out of curiosity, have you ever tried overheads with rings?

No, they're not quite like Dietz does them. He'll use his upper arm to "push" the balls up, I'm using the lower arm to throw them. More like Joëlle or Grigory. And yeah, I've done overheads with rings, but it's very hard. I can do it with 3 all right, and I did 14 catches of 4 ring overheads(both hands) and about 60 catches of 5 ring half overheads.

1. I can't really do 5 ball overheads, so no, sorry - I won't do that until I feel I am good enough to teach others how to do it. After 2 years I still haven't gotten a good technique for it.

2. Try MarkKolbusz here on youtube. He doesn't have a tutorial and I don't know of any, but his technique is good anyway.

I use 172' red Renegade Px3 pins for all my ball juggling.

But they're really... oh come on. Didn't you watch the video? They're SportCo balls of course. 2.75" SportCo balls :-)

I actually only shaved part of my face... I still have the mustache and goatee AND some gnarly sideburns... I could have the full beard back in one week or less. Never under-estimate the power of my beard... hagahahaaaa

Noo! Thou shalt not out-grow Sondre's beard! Dude, how fast does your beard grow? I see now that certain spots in my beard did almost 2 inches(5 centimeters) in 3 months, while generally overall it stays at about 1 centimeter per month... so it's not as fast as yours, grrr!!
