The location of the Stone Dragon is kind of lame. There's another spot in that cave area that could have served as a better spot for the Stone Dragon, but anyway...

The Deck is one of my favorite levels in the game. Good run, ItalianGuy99!

You forgot the grenade launcher on the back of the first deck.

Stop one second and take account of how horrifying this level is. It is super scary. The Deck seems to stretch on forever, into cold dark infinity. Lunatics around every corner wielding all sorts of crazy weapons. No sign of real life or security. It's like the level itself is a character, just dryly staring at Lara as she dangerously plummets herself through madness. I remember playing this level as a kid and totally felling the atmosphere of the game. Terrifying and brilliant.

OMG I feel so stupid now!! When I first time played this level I didn't understand that "box puzzle" thing at all!! I just pushed the first one and then the one above and felt like I was stuck. Then I jumped to that platform up left whit a turning jump and then to a cave across that led to the upper deck! Now I see that it actually was a SHORTCUT!!

also that must be a rather tall ship as the first underwater mission leading to this is "40 Fathoms" which i presume is 40 fathoms deep and also it is on the seabed, but the deck is above sea lol!

These TR2 Underwater Levels are fascinating but very weird. I think there are two ships here. The First one that lies upside down on the ocean ground. And the second one that lies normally on the ground but is stuck onto a underwater cave on top. Whatever i don´t know...maybe Eidos knows ;)

I've always wondered the same thing.

The closest explaination I've found is that the ship is split in two: the back half is upside down and underwater. The front half is stuck inside an underwater cave.

To get all the weapons:

Light a flare

Walk forwards one then walk backwards once, turn around 3 times then do a backwards summersault =]

And if you want to cheat to get to the next level do all that but at the end jump forwards =]

I always though this was the coolest level of TR2. A similar experience to Lost Valley in TR1. To think that there would actually be a similar sunken ship stuck in a huge underwater cave in which you could walk around and explore... fascinating. I especially love that place with the raft and the sharks. Damn, I gotta start editing with DXTre3D now!

I always wondered when i played this level was where does that ship exactly stands. Is it on into a cave hundreds of meters beyond the sea? Ist it trapped in an underwater cave? :) Well no matter what a fascinating great level.

Well if you played 40 Fathoms, the Wreck of Moria Doria and Living Quarters you should roughly workout where it is.

It's beyond sea level I know that, so yes, it's probably stuck in the middle of the cave underneathe the sea and this is where you find your way out.

i doubt its the most challenging level tbh. I personally found Barkhang Monastery, Ice Palace, Temple of Xian and Floating Islands all much tougher

i got stuck at the man end, like i could never do the flip, and i always thought there was another way up, then about 3 years later, i finally did the flip and the game froze when i beat the lvl haha, but it works now :P

Hey, did you know Lara can do a flip while she's diving? All you have to do is do the diving controls then hold onto the circle button. It's awesome!

PC users press 'End' or Up+Down arrows while diving to perform the flip, or if you have changed the roll button use that ;)
