@suranjangupta22 Gordon Ramsay is a loudmouthed c$&t and cannot cook Indian varieties like this gentleman.He keep his poncy Michelin stars.I will enjoy Chef Harpal's dishes more any day.

@suranjangupta22 I do not want to reduce this to a pissing contest.That will be unjust to Chef Harpal.But,bear in mind that these videos are meant to encourage people to cook and enjoy what one can cook at homes.If you want to enjoy poncy Michelin star fare,go there and enjoy. Chef Harpal is from the soil of India & the flavours that he can bring to Indian cooking will be well neigh hard for even Ramsay. BTW,Have you ever tried Michelin restaurant fare?You can keep them.I am fine with Harpal.

@suranjangupta22 I know both,not personally of course, well and their career progression.Actually most of UK's chefs.Been there long enough. If you go by the trappings of the Michelin system, you go to the temple of the Chef,read restaurant, to worship him,not to enjoy the food.These words are not mine,BTW. I want good food that tastes right.Doesn't matter if the Chef is from Mars or Misrigunj. I wold not insult & be rude to the good man here by comparing him,which is not required and unjust.
