  • Holy Shit.

I got it on my Acekard, and it's difficult as hell...

  • Most impressive.

  • i ordered it off of amazon for like 35 bucks but you might get it cheaper off of ebay.

  • Dude now i regret selling my ds :(

  • epic win -.-

  • very nice song! you really know how to use that freaking program

  • Wait... this was done on a Nintendo DS?

    O.o

    Where have I been...

  • perfect, is the best

  • how does the DS-10 match up vs SID on the C64 - I am serious this is not a joke.

  • Great work!

  • Sudden need to get the DS now.

  • @A7XRules4life try to get a DS emulator. first

  • although you could just run a line straight from the DS to the PC soundcard line in ;)

  • Nice track picking up the new DSi for my son with this he's 8yrs old.......lol at the quiet room recording with mic and audacity errr maybe use something like a "Creative ZEN nano plus" which has a line in and out and encodes MP3 on the fly......though i must say Audacity is top open source freeware that if peeps ain't tried they shud

  • very very nice!

  • tanoshii ! good !

  • tanoshii ! good

  • very nice!!!!

  • you must have to waste 3 days if you make this kind of great songs!

wow, could you give me lessons?

    do you know any tutorials?

  • Damn that sounds sweet . Takes me back to the Late 70's with Kraftwerk & the MId 80's when I had soundtracker for the Amiga.

Davetzwin , wouldn't a small phono - phono connected from the DS to the pc's mic input socket on the baseunit be better ?

  • do you have an mp3 of it?

if you don't know how to record it, just get your DS to a quite room and plug it on a speaker, then put you computer's mic facing the speaker and play the song using a record device on your pc, then convert it to mp3 and take off unwanted noise with audacity if needed.

  • Dude you're awesome

  • amazing arpregiation

  • Very nice indeed!

  • lovin it. mad mellow

  • 222 good

  • damn.. thumbs up

  • amazing!

  • very nice stuff, didn't think this game/program would be capable of very much. pleasantly surprised!

  • Very very impressive

  • Had no idea these existed until about an hour ago when I saw one on youtube. Anyway, just ordered one off amazon! About 35 bucks, shipped! Sweet deal considering I was just looking at about 200 bucks for the kaoscillator. I'm sure the KO provides a little bit more in terms of functionality, but hey, for 35 bucks this just can't be beat, especially considering that ten years ago you couldn't get something like this for less than 100 times that amount!

  • Very nicely done!

  • oh snap! kickass transition! dag, that caught me by surprise! sweet beats yo!

  • want want want.....

  • 大きいな音!小型機!

    いくらですか?

  • amazing . sound is soooo amazing!

  • Oh yeah definitely, although you never know should this sell well we might see another KORG 2 game with more options such as a vocal option via the mic(there is the mic afterall)

In saying that, for the record I did some more research on here and found a guy who made a song with the KORG DS and then added his vocals via that game Electroplanton and then mixed it on his PC/MP3. If I find the vid again I'll post it or send it to you, it's pretty cool. Nintendo games are really cool.

  • absolutly. amazing.

Lets see someone do THIS on a psp, lol

i've been screwing around with my ds-10 for a few hours now, havent quite gotten the hang of it but this video is gonna make sure i keep trying

  • V E R Y N I C E :)

  • awesome, real insperation for me. would love to see a tutorial on how you got to this. I'm still learning, :)

    eny way great song!

  • that is cool! your really good

  • amazing

  • Awesome tune man, i've been playing around with this software and it just keeps amazing me.

  • try playing some sean tyas stuff?

  • i'm still really new to this but i can't stop fiddling with it.

i'm interested to know how you get the echo effect going. you know that trance-y trailing sound?

  • MAP > FX > DELAY

    the echo is here

  • How do you capture it onto your Mac?

  • I only use a webcam

  • Wow. You are excellent!

I got it, but I'm not exactly sure how to use it yet. :/

I'm sure ill figure it out. ^_^

  • Awesome...yuo're great electronic composer!

Only a question:is it possible to upload mp3 files on Nintendo DS charged with this software and modify them? May be VERY interesting this feature...

    Ciao!

  • the DS-10 is only an analog synthesizer.

of course you can capture the sound to your PC and convert to MP3.

  • You need an envelope follower for that. I doubt the DS-10 has such a thing.

  • It has all of that and more.

It isn't a watered down synth tool, it is a full synthisizer on the NDS.

  • i don't think many people seem to get that the thing that makes this catridge so great is it's the first console music generator that's based on real professional gear and it's not some piece of crap paint by numbers deal like that PS2 Mtv music generator and all the other garbage that's out there

  • You're right!

Whoa, this is a first for any portable gaming system out there and any portable system ever made.

I can't wait until the U.S. release on Nov. 4,2008

  • Yeah, totally agree. So happy to see finally there's something that allows us to literally create our own beats, music from scratch. This thing also looks like it takes practice and skill to make something cool. But at the same time can toy, play around with : )

Novem 4th in USA huh Wildman? Few weeks away. The only thing missing I see is a "vocal" option to ass your own vocals, otherwise this thing looks awesome.

  • if they ever make a sequel on a souped up DS version or something (which i kind of doubt will happen since its surprising that they even started making innovative games marketed towards creative people again at all- long time since mario paint) they need to make it so the microphone can record & sequence samples, and they need to have midi & usb wireless interface modems so you can upload your songs to a software bundle & burn them to CD

  • A sampler is a different beast entirely, but yeah, I agree. The ds has a mic, so why not use it? I'm hoping that sonomawireworks will port their four-track recorder to the ds. They recently (about four days ago) released a four-track recorder for the iphone and itouch. I don't know if the card slot on the back of the ds can be used for peripheral connectivity or not, but if so, it would be nice for someone to marry the two.

  • That would be cool but here lately I've just been thinking that it really just needs wireless midi and a little reciever that plugs into midi ports like the wii modem.. that way you could make your song on the go then when you have time record it with high end gear or vst's

  • Eventually, this kind of stuff WILL be the high end gear! It won't be much longer til the processing power in something like the DS will be enough to run just about anything, and an entire studio will fit in your pocket. You won't have to worry about 'inputs or outputs' cuz everything will be wireless. VST's for anything you could want will all be open-source and freely available. True musical freedom. But since the record industry will be gone, no more chance for making bucks with music...

  • hmm yes but it'll be a while before we can get solid holograph 61 key midi keyboards that appear when you push a button on the ds... why cant i go to the future?

  • True, The physical thing will HAVE to remain, in order to preserve the 'feel' of anything. It doesn't matter how great a synth electric guitar sound is, it will NEVER match the real thing. At least not in terms of expression and feel. Instead, someone will invent some sort of rockstar guitar controller that you can plug your ds into and effect it via kaoss screen and expression wheels. Yes, the future is bright.

  • and there's definitely something to be said for the energy that's created by playing something 100% acoustic... midi controllers are always cool too though

  • vocal option to ASS your own vocals. LMAO! there are gonna be alot of broken DS from people sitting on it!

  • Guess the same can be said for the PSP, if you're extremely careless that is...lol

  • nice u r really talented

  • i like it so much, amzing work man, you are the best.

PD.can you one about Metroid games ?

  • 最高

  • amazazing! =P

  • wow that is so cool

  • 最強

  • Awesome tune! Is it possible to get an mp3 of it? ^^

  • thanks haha

and Im sorry I don't upload an mp3 files anywhere

download from youtube to convert it please.
