@msLUCKYgirl11 Once you start buying the expansion packs, its a lot of fun! My little sister bought it before me, and then she got me playing it... at first I was like that too, 'There's no custom content! This sucks!' but World Adventures, Ambitions, and Late Night all have so much different and fun stuff to do, its a nice refresher. I personally like both now. :)

I dont really understand the whole 'expansion pack' thing? So do you just need The Sims 2 For this one to work.. Or do you need the whole set of them?

(Sorry if this seems like a STUPID Question ;S )

You get the basic Sims 2, and if you bought this, then you can play it with your sims2, but if you don't have the original Sims 2 then it won't play. You don't need the whole set of them, but if you want to, you can buy all of them. They'll all run, but they can slow your computer down.

Well expansion packs mean jus that, expanding your copy of The sims 2. So of course the main requirement for expansion packs/ stuff packs is the main game, really all you are doing is expanding your disc. Adding clothes and furniture to what already comes with Sims 2.
