  • yeah

  • Just ignore bs2k6 he's obviously an idiot. Your playing is truely inspiring, please keep up the excellent work.

  • bs2k6 youre dumb, can you upload it when you ding it better?

Awsome Job Mate, but it was pertty slow, its not allegro BPM, its have to be 176-180 BPM and youre playing there around 160.

  • @Galisraelband @Galisraelband @Galisraelband who the hell says it 'has' to be 176-180? henle urtext? They are just editor's opinions. Peters says 105-110. Vasary, who IMO recorded the best etudes played this at 'only' 110, but it is smooth and still has plenty of brilliance. As for the kid's performance, the main thing that worries me is the souless brutal clunking in the left hand the speed is fine! What he needs is shape, fluency, and musicianship and a bit of style for god's sake.

  • People, remember this is for Public.

I think he could play this piece without any mistakes!

  • Exactly. 99% of the public who sat down and heard that live would of been blown away. If I had a 13yr old capable of playing like that I reckon I passed my parenthood exams early.

  • Technically you've got the piece down. The heavy-handed masculine touch is refreshing compared to so many delicate renderings of the Etude that bore me. Just one word - Phrasing. Music speaks in phrases and sentences-just like we do with words. Try to listen to what the music is saying - play that and then you'll be ready for the grand competitions.

  • Very good! i cant do that man, keep up ur still young, get a girlfriend.

  • n arroganterer blick geht eh nicht mehr xD

  • good job man...

  • too difficult a piece

  • Yes for his age is good.

  • Great job, please don't take this the wrong way, you're still a youngster and don't be in a hurry to grow up to be a big strong pianist, take your time.Live, play baseball, go to movies, read, go fishing, chase girls, in other words have fun, and learn a couple of more etudes along the way. Good Luck, I'll buy a CD of yours in the near future.

  • Overall you did a good job! This is a very difficult piece to maintain the same fast speed from the beginning to the end without tiring or fluctuating the tempo and you accomplished that quite well. You stay pretty relaxed from the beginning to the end. Yes there were some dropped notes, no need to focus on them. It's the overall impression that counts. A piece of powerful, sweeping runs, where Chopin uses the whole keyboard as if to warm up, at least the right hand, for the Etudes that follow.

  • The thing your playing on kinda sucks, but u play good. Id like to hear you on a Yamaha koncert piano. :-)

  • True musicians don't have to insult others.

  • I totally believe that!! Don't listen to that loser their, what is his/her name?? bs2k6!!!!! You play extremely well, i am learning this piece and yes, it is difficult. Especially in the right hand !!

  • lol the piano sucks so i guess i was surprised how lousy the sound was but after replaying i realised that lols...how long did u take to learn this etude?

  • Please explain to help me understand my playing. Thank you.

  • @chcheese

sad people who insult without a reason, internet is filled with these "jelouse" types.

u rock, so young and you can play this. He'd wish he could.

  • He is still young and the piece is extremely difficult. The teacher should know better what piece to be performed. Mowszkowski may be a better choice for him.

  • No the deficiency is NOT technical. He just needs to develop his musicianship and that will come with maturity. Unfortunately too many youngsters are given music that is too sophisticated for their level of development - that would be Chopin, and Mozart.

  • @bs2k6 don't be jealous , poor you

  • Very nice! You are going to be a great pianist if you keep up that practice!

Terrible, typical, older, Dead Yamaha Piano! This is how all Yamaha Grands sound after 15 years or so!

  • Yep, you're young and talented.

A Yamaha doesn't sound that bad. Get a better mic with your DV. Be sure to choose one for recording musical instrument.

  • can you make it a little faster??

  • He should've chosen an easier piece. Very talented young pianist though.

  • yep, he is good (Y)

  • opps some mistakes but keep upthe good work!

  • Very natural arm and hand movements. Try it wit h a little more bravura!

  • Impressive sound.
