so the gas doesnt do nothing? if its firing a hole mag is it just the sping in the mag and the gas is just there to make look nice?

@VizualCreations No, the gas fires the bb's. The magazine is only there as a gas strorage. From there the gas goes into a separate barrel where the bb's are stored, once the valve opens.

Uhm. A grenade launcher is a thing that throws a grenade. This thows a buckshot of pellets. Thus I'd call it a shotgun. What's its effective range? Also, how painful is receiving a shot by that?

@bobafetthotmail You can call it whatever you want, but all airsoft grenade launchers shoot a bunch of bb's at a relatively short range with big spread. I would say 15 meters, and I dont know because I havent gotten shot by that. But it will a little bit, depends.

Its not, we dont have much laws against airsoft, just that you must be 18 to buy airsoft related items, but there's no age limit using them. And its illegal to play airsoft in public areas, you have to get a permission to play from the land owner, thats all. :D

Thanks : ) Well it was kinda free to me because I used materials and parts I already had. The main body is made of chemical metal, kinda like epoxy and that was like 10 euros.

Its a ksc/kwa m11 gbb magazine.

I removed the part that keeps the bb's in.

hmm ok well thanks alot. where could i find some of this chemical metal epoxy? and is it like a liquid and then it solidifies or is it like clay and you sculpt it?

You should find it from a hardware store or something. The name is Plastic padding chemical metal. Try google it and youll find what it looks like. It comes with a hardener and the main constituent and you mix them together. It is like really really soft clay, but you cant shape it with hand because its too sticky and runny. you must wait untill it solidifies and then start shaping it.

I recommend to mix small amounts of it at a time, otherwise it will just be a mess : D. When its dry its really durable and feels like metal to touch.

alright cool. well thanks a bunch. atm im making a launcher to shoot off my 60 round shell so in check back in the next couple days for a vid on that. oh...lol.....does it only adhere to metal or could it work on a pvc pipe and a metal hinge?

It will stick to anything. even underwater lol :D So pvc is fine, just sand the part you are adding chemical metal to if its too smooth.

Lol all airsoft grenade launchers fires a cloud of bb's just like this. There are some modules that shoots rubber balls but theyre really dangerous and cant be used in game. Airsoft shotguns usually shoot just 3 bb's but some gas versions 5.
