@ 2:21 "can you show that your clients have being injured by this process?"
No, but if your going to argue that because no one has being injured by AT&T makes them blameless then i guess that it's okay for them to secretly manufacture weapons? No one gets hurt but the potential for harm without openness and oversight is massive.
AT&T's involvement goes far beyond wiretaps. AT&T vans are being used for spying, harrassment and intimidation by the sheriff and police depts. Problem is there's not much choice. In many areas it's either AT&T or Comcast, and Comcast is about as bad as the AT&T. Bet you didn't know that cops run gangs. Yes, cops in the U.S. run gangs that in large metropolis can be as large as Sheriff Arpaio's posse of 300,000 civilians which they use to harrass and intimidate people. Look up GANG STALKING.
By the way, I still have the video of my initial attempts to post to this comment section and it proves that my comments were not posting, where they suddenly began to, after I started sending messages to people who had commented in this section. I've had these things happen so many times that I have started to video them as I am posting, whenever there is an issue.
NOW they're placed at the top of the list, without having to go past page three to see the select all comments option! How convenient, indeed. Maybe if you asshats didn't pull shit like this in the first place, people like me wouldn't be about to own AT&T and boot your asses out of the telecommunications industry?
They're neatly concealed, though, aren't they? Not in the location of the most recent posts by the default, when one initially accesses the comment section? That's convenient. I'll sure have to make sure that I monitor the placement of my posts to future YT comment sections, won't I? To see how common it is for a recent post to be concealed and only viewed if one goes to the end to press the see all comments? Haven't had those issues on other YT comment sections.
@brianwesley28 YouTube's comment system has been a piece of shit for several years. Google hasn't fixed it either, near as I can tell they've simply made it worse. Pretty sure that your panicking over nothing there.... follow the money. Just cause AT&T is frying modems (or pretending to) to sell new ones doesn't mean they're censoring email or conspiring with YT
It is much more than that. In fact, AT&T waived all costs associated with the incident, including the modem and the technician's visit. Let's just say that I've been involved in some pretty sensitive matters and there are some who like me and there are some who do not. I can understand your perspective if I were to place myself in your shoes, but you haven't walked in mine.
I have a slam dunk case against AT&T, as well as Yahoo!, that I am about to begin shopping attorneys for. It is going to be a slam dunk for two reasons. First, I am that good and I have had several documented conversations with AT&T employees, including case numbers and agent identification numbers, as well as juicy information. Second, I'm that good, that the attorney won't even have to do much work because I've already done it for them.

My computer is under relentless attempted intrusion assaults from
125.65.112.217 (CHINANET backbone network, Telecom) via telecom company Global Crossing via Defender technologies, via Limelight Networks.
The intrusion attempts have been as many as 69 on one time (alert - "malware-mydoom in.")
Should a person give up their Liberty for security? If the lawsuits against telecoms go through what else will we find out? Has anyone looked at the Congressional record, from the Committee (Energy) on investigations to the Attorney General involving warrantless searches?
Diversion of communications...if you got nothin' to hide, how does this hurt you whining people? Yeah, it's possibly wrong, but so? Hey, NSA, look I'm writing this!! Hope ya had fun reading my worthless youtube post. Haha.
Yeah really!!!! I've had at&t/Cingular for almost 5 yrs now and I've had all kinds of endless drama with them and this just tops it all off! They are SO going down!
Hey everyone: I'm switching to T-mobile who has an awesome plan that lets u pick 5 number, any company, you get unlimited minutes to! Anyone who has been dealing with at&t BS might find this as a better option!
LOL we are gonna be survelanced forever lol we will never be FREE and plus wat if some terrriost in USA wants to kill someone then they are gonna wanna no wat he is saying to other ppl
Its all bullshit, if the terrorists wanna get away with shit for sure now they won't use these modes of information exchange, now they will just move onto more secretive and covert means.

However it is not us citizens that are the threat, it's foreign nationals. Not 12 year old Molly emailing her friends about the boy she likes.
The idea is that this encroachment will lead to further restriction on the American people at a later time, and if given the choice between possible terrorist attack and this type of "protection"... I'd take the terrorists.
Just curious, what's to say that these days a terrorist COULD pose as "12 yr old Molly emailing a coded msg about "the boy she likes"? Sick pedophiles do that all the time.

I send complaints to EFF and they respond w/ idiotic messages that clearly show they don't even read the message.
