It's very strange I've been able to buy one agility and 1 lucky implant but I can't buy them anymore just the others and yes I am healthy enough to get more implants and yes I have the money, those 2 does simply do not show up anymore. anyone have the awnser to this?

Oh wow I have 20,000 caps. Big woop? Do you guys wanna know how I make my money and get some XP? I kill the Legion at The Fort. Take their weapons, sell them. You get even more if you have a high repair skill like me. You just repair the high value weapons with low valued ones. Go to Gun Runners and sell the weapons there. If you have Boone and ED-E as followers, this is a lot easier. That's my way though. I usually make about 6,000-10,000 caps per trip. A trip is like 5 minutes if that lol.

at camp mcCarran or whatever it is, in one of the tents is a bunch of rangers. talk to the lieutenant in there and he will tell you that the girl ranger on the other side of the room has problems. if you talk to her and convince her to go to the doctor, the lieutenant will ask you to tell doctor usanagi that she is coming in, and a map marker appears on your map. hope this helps

If you're playing in normal mode, you should set your beginning endurance to 8 and eventually acquire all of the implants except the monocyte breeder. It isn't worth it in normal mode because you can just sleep in beds that are literally everywhere throughout the wasteland.

@whofarted992 Well, if I'm not mistaken you can only have 1 type of special implants for each stats. So If you've already gotten the endurance implant, then you won't be able to get another endurance implant for that character.

So if I'm not mistaken you need atleast 6 endurance naturally, or true perk training, and get 7 true implants before you chose your final implant, in order to get all 7 SPECIAL upgraded.

@wearblackclothes After you start the game, you will have to take a "vigor test". Just put more points into Intelligence so you have more points to put in your stats like: Guns,Energy Weapons,Explosives. Guns is the top I think cause there is so common.

Quick tip, unlike Fallout 3, You should put some points into Speech and barter cause those come in handy. Also for Luck in SPECIAL you might want to put points into it as it makes gambling ALOT easier. Just dont get banned from the casino's lol

THe Higher your endurance is, the more implants you can get. If your endurance is 6, you can have as many as six implants. If your endurance is 9, you can get all implants.

I don't know of any way to get all your SPECIAL skills to 10. You can only get ONE implant for each skill, so you get a +1 bonus to strength (as an example) but you can't buy ANOTHER +1 strength implant.

The Intense training perk MIGHT be worth it, it all depends.

@Promenius absolutely brilliant help, my endurance was 7 so i managed to get 7 of the implants, and during implants my endurance went up so i could get another, so im only one short now. really good help. do you also know what i should stop my skills at? because i dont want to take one to 100 and then find skill books for it, because then the books are wasted. i have comprehension as well if that helps.

There are four books for each skill scattered around in the Mojave Wasteland (with a fifth Science book being awarded as a quest reward), with each book giving three points each (4 with comprehension).

If you have comprehension, I wouldn't put any skill higher than 84.

If you need a list for all the locations of the books, I recommend the Fallout Wikia. Just google it, find the site, and put in "book" in the wikia search field, then choose "Fallout: New Vegas books" in the sidebar.

Has anyone tried to use the other ones? There are two other places that have an auto-doc that perform these implants.  One is in Vault 34 and the other is in Caesar's tent. Both don't work, but I'm assuming one can gather material from one to fix the other. Just wondering cause I apparently don't have enough endurance to get the last three implants.
