@2rottenn Sorry I got that wrong, he was sentenced to a total of three years not two at his original trial, two years for assault and one year for perjury, he later appealed and had his sentenced reduced by one third so he got two years altogether, this was quite a while ago, was it more than two years ago? He might well be out by now so you may be right but he was certainly punished for his actions with a prison term and kicked out the police force.

The guy was drunk and abusive and when the police tried to arrest him he attempted to run away and when they took hold of him he resisted handcuffing, at which point the used reasonable force to make him comply.
He was found guilty by magistrates who are just normal people then he was found not guilty by a judge who for the most part has no clue as to the state of the real world.

The guy was drunk and abusive and when the police tried to arrest him he attempted to run away and when they took hold of him he resisted handcuffing, at which point the used reasonable force to make him comply.
He was found guilty by magistrates who are just normal people then he was found not guilty by a judge who for the most part has no clue as to the state of the real world.
Its being blown out of proportion by those who dislike or hate the police.

ill tell you whats brutal.. i just saved a lady who was being dragged into a car by 4 males after she caught them breaking into her car. (this was about 7 hours ago). then i saved a man from jumpping off a building. then i helped a 19 year old kid who was hit by a car (ive still got blood on me from him). then to top off the night i got stabbed in the hand by a drunk that was beating his wife...hope you never have to call for help, ill still come even tho you need to go fuck yourself..

That is not legal or a normal arrest. You cant assault a person who is not resisting arrest. He was drunk and pinned down by 3 officers. They punched him in the head and charged him with assault of 2 police officers. That's not an over reaction. That is corruption. Get your head right and have some balls.
