Too many things are not allowed and it's hard to do something fun without getting into problems... depending an what one wants to do, and to find out about tht isnt all easy either, it might be necessary to find other people with similar interests. Even if rules don't allow you to do much, it still is possible to do it. Rules only matter if there is some1 who notices disobedience and who dislikes that for some reason...

I used FMAB as an example, since it was an anime based on a manga that had already had an anime of it, but was timed perfectly that the new anime would end a month or two after the manga stopped. What I'd like to see from D Gray-man is, like FMAB, an anime that picks up where D. Gray-man's anime left off, and times it perfectly that the anime ends soon after the manga does, with no filler.
