nice rig. i have a question. im usinga 5850 with 3x23 incg monitors and i use a displayport adapater from sapphire. if i buy a 6870 will this adapter work?

bet u florida has like just some normal pc thats not high tech at all, he'll be like ya so umm i bought this at best buy and umm i asked the dude if it was good for games and he was like ya i guess so i bought it. umm i measured the monitor with a ruler and its like around 20 inches idk i just did it real quick and umm the guy at best buy told me a bunch of stuff about whats in the computer but i dont remember what he said. so um ya. there ya go.

jesus... i thought being able to have an ATI Radeon 5670 1GB, 450w PSu, 1.5TB HDD, 4GB of DDR2, and a 3.0GHz Dual Core (which im going to change to a 3.2GHz 6 Core for christmas) would be enough... but his really takes the cake. (in all actuality, it really works well. The only problem is that it goes down to 30 or so fps when it records. Thats why you dont get Duo cores, kiddies. :\)

I have never understood the need for 3 monitors unless you're doing MASSIVE work (video editing etc) on the thing where you need to have a bunch of stuff to show at the same which you can't do with 1 monitor. If I wanted a giant monitor for gaming I would just buy a 32" TV and hook it up, would be a lot cheaper. Also you would get 1080p and LED pretty easy and you could plug in your xbox, ps3 etc. But hey, whatever flows your boat.

Strid3r! You should Upgrade your case to something like a HAF 932 or Lian Li PC-K58w. If you had a case that could run your cables (SATA, PCI-Express) behind the motherboard, you would have much better airflow in your case :P
