  • Beck's message "Humble yourself before God"

Sharpton's message "Be angry at your fellow man"

    Who is the Psycho?

  • Now that Obama is president, can we begin to start judging people on the content of their character now? Sheesh. I've seen several people refer to Beck and Palin as a racist (and particularly on this video), but I've never actually seen any proof. EVER. Disagreeing with someone doesn't mean you hate the color of their skin.

  • what a ignorant, played-out mess! Looks like a lot hatred and racism to me - contrary to Beck's peaceful, prayerful gathering!

  • No Justice?? Did Obama not make it pretty far in this society?

  • That's the least diverse crowd I have ever seen.

  • @CoCowboy692000 Wallace did shift parties a few times. He WAS associated with the Democratic party until LBJ signed the Civil Rights Amendment. Then he, and 95% of the other white southern racists who fought for segregation, suddenly became republicans? (You know, the party of Lincoln and the Abolitionists)

Did they all suddenly see the error of their ways? Or did they jump ship to a more 'racist friendly' party? Your 'homework'... "Southern Strategy', look it up.

  • @kefluv

Robert Byrd was a Democrat until he died - racism and reverse racism have characterized your (un)Democratic party and most racists remained with you and your side. Robert Kennedy-D agreed to let J Edgar Hoover bug King's hotel room.

Over 80% of Republicans voted for the 1964 Civil Rights Act, but less than 70% of Democrats did so. The only reason we even had a civil rights act that year is that the Democrats didn't pull out a phonebook-filibuster to stop it.

  • @groberts1776 I don't care what illegal thing RFK did to MLK. If its was wrong, it was wrong. I don't care. I'm not a political hack who blindly defends anybody with (D) after their name. Byrd WAS a racist. He apologized. Maybe he meant it, maybe not?

My only point is, and I repeat, the PRESENT DAY Republican Party has NOTHING to with passing the CRA. THOSE republicans were all LIBERALS! Liberals (of both parties) passed it. CONSERVATIVES voted against it.

  • @kefluv

Your definition of "liberal" is someone who supports "equal justice under law. That is what the Republicans supported then and it is what they support now. Democrats supported segregation and now they support affirmative action.

You ARE clearly a political hack because you are using a selective and convenient definition of liberal that means different things in different situations. Furthermore you called Goldwater, an NAACP member who fought segregation a racist.

    Equal means equal.

  • @groberts1776 You keep going back to parties. I DON'T CARE ABOUT PARTIES! It was LIBERALS who pushed for the American Revolution, Freeing the Slaves and Civil Rights.

You can claim that Repubs. are the party of tolerance all you want. But the KKK votes REPUBLICAN and have for the last 30 years. And that's all I need to know.

Goldwater OPPOSED the CRA of 1964... so he's not a racist he just opposes letting blacks vote, eating where they want and having equal opportunity under the law?

  • @kefluv

Obviously you do care about parties because you are using an outdated definition of liberalism that means whatever you want it to mean.

The revolutionaries started out fighting for the rights of Englishmen. It was a conservative revolution (this is why some historians refuse to even call it a revolution).

Name one member of the KKK that votes Republican - just one! Obviously you know the KKK better than I do, I don't know a single member.

  • @kefluv

Goldwater SUPPORTED the principles of the CRA but knew that they would, in time be reinterpreted to mean the exact opposite. The advent of quota-based affirmative action sadly proved him right.

You can claim all you want that lifetime members of the NAACP who worked to end segregation (Goldwater) are racist.

We had an equal protection clause in our constitution for 100 yrs. by the time of the civil rights movement. Support for its enforcement was an example of originalsim.

  • @kefluv

Equal means equal. You either believe in a colorblind society or you don't. Dems never were for a colorblind society. They called equality a "self-evident lie". Now they defend "affirmative action. Dems are the ones blindly clinging to the past, Repubs have always stood for equality before the law. You guys changed, we've remained steadfast.

King spoke of our founding documents as our "creed". "Liberals" speak of our founding documents as if their meaning is as inconstant as the wind.

  • @groberts1776 So the party made up of 85% Older White People is the party that believes in a "a colorblind society?" (As long as that color is white, I guess.)

While the Multicultural Party of Whites, Blacks, Hispanics and the young is the racist party of that is "blindly clinging to the past"?

Do you actually believe this? Are you that brainwashed? Where is ANY proof that the Republicans of today care anything for anybody who is not white, christian and rich? Proof via legislation put forth?

  • @kefluv

Republicans support a diverse immigration policy. Democrats only want to let in people from one country and only then because they vote for Democrats.

Republicans have supported "equal justice under law" that is the only legal framework we need for equality. If you don't know that equal means equal it is you who is brainwashed.

And yes, the Democrats are blindly clinging to the past - a socialist past that did not work, does not work and will not work.

  • @kefluv

Yes, the Republicans are the supporters of the "colorblind" society. No Jim Crow and no quotas. You have adopted the rhetoric of equality but support the policies of preference.

The modern conservative says "Thou shalt not covet."

The modern liberal says "Covet and you shall receive by the grace of government your neighbor's car, his plasma TV and his BBQ grill too! Would you like fries with that? How about some beer to wash it down?"

So, who's side are you on? Equal rights or envy?

  • @kefluv

You are confusing different meanings of the word "liberalism". Repubs have always stood for equality - that hasn't changed. What has changed is that the party has become more economically conservative over the years. We stand for economic conservatism and social equality. Dems stand for the state vs. the people. Repubs would curb the power of the state.

Byrd, Rangel, Kilpatrick, Rev. Wright - all of your guys use the N-word - our guys don't! Stop racism - dump the Democrats in 2010!!!

  • @kefluv

Ah yes, the "southern strategy". You will find it between "Loch Ness Monster" and "Unicorn". Appointing a couple of southern judges doesn't make Republicans racist.

The economically conservative Democrats that jumped ship did so for economic reasons. The south always had less need for government intervention, tariffs, social programs, infrastructure etc.

More Republicans voted for the Civil Rights Act in 1964, so how were they the "more racist friendly party" in 1964?

  • @groberts1776 Wow, none of what you just wrote is true.

The 'Southern Strategy' is a fact and it started under Nixon.

The republican south uses more social programs per capita than the liberal north. Red states get more money back from the federal gov't than they send.

The republicans that voted for the CRA of 1964 were northern and western LIBERALS that have been kicked out of the party. In 1964 they were more inclusive. But TODAY, your party is the "more racist friendly party", sorry.

  • @kefluv

The Republicans who voted for the CRA of 1964 believed in a color-blind society just like the Republicans of today.

Red states do take more of the federal dough - one more reason to cut the size of government. Is it fair to rob Peter to pay Paul?

The black panthers, louis farrakhan and the Obama DOJ are all examples of how the Democrats are soft on racism.

  • @kefluv

The 'Southern Strategy' is fact which is well known to all who believe it. For the thinking public, not so much.

I agree, the Republican party is not inclusive to bigots, schemers, socialists, the closed-shop or a lot of other things that are bad for our country.

Your argument that the Republicans who voted for the CRA were from the north and west is tantamount to saying that "Southern = racist". Now is that the inclusive message you really want to send?

  • Barry Goldwater succeeded in desegregating the Arizona National Guard three years before President Truman began desegregating the US armed forces. He was a lifetime member of the NAACP. Does that sound like racism to you?

The very same year of King's famous "I have a dream speech" given in the very same place that Glenn Beck stood 47 yrs later, Democrat George Wallace in his Inaugural speech declared "Segregation Today...Tomorrow...Forever". Democrat Bull Connor with his firehoses and dogs...

  • looks like they have a lot of supporters at this rally lol

  • Glen Beck, Al Sharpton learn from Martin Luther King, using his name to promote your own Establishment agenda, won't work. The Establishment killed King, and the Government continues to segregate blacks in this country, with giving them a lack of education, etc Giving them welfare, food stamps, medicaid etc. Al Sharpton/Jesse Jackson are millionaires and do not care for people of poverty, the government uses those 2 pinheads to make them unaware, they are liars and scum and so is the U.S Govt!

  • Oh yeah....VERY classy and professional......These are REALLY people to be taken SERIOUSLY ? No racism or HATE there eh? Ummm okay........

  • Beck's rally = SUCCESS

    Sharpton's rally = #FAIL

  • @JimboVids If empty rhetoric is success, then Beck is the ultimate winner.

  • @ManuelHung

You'd know all about empty rhetoric.... you support Obama.

  • @JimboVids Where did I say that? You don't know anything about me, shithead.

Oh, and great job with the mirroring of what I said about your clown-hero, Beck. I understand it's hard to come up with original ideas when all you and your dopey tea party shlubs do is follow orders from Fox news.

  • @JimboVids according to you your opinion holds no weight.

  • Barry Goldwater was in the same political party as Martin Luther King, get your history straight you MORONS! The Democratic party was endorsed by the KKK go back to school you IDIOTS!

  • SEIU and Black Panthers... Race Baiting scum... The spirit of MLK wasn't here with them... There was no content of character shown here...

  • @sinuous88 amen, their so stupid. they rally against us the tax payers. the very people whos money they take, i think we should all stop working and supporting their asses, then they will wake up... everybody surrive on welfare

  • Soooooooooo many racist teabagger comments.

  • No...not inappropriate...just pathetic.

  • would somebody beat al til hes almost dead already. Dont want him to die ofcoarse, just suffer for the rest of his life!!!

  • I don't understand? What was the point of this video?

  • I think there were at least a half million in attendance. Dr. Beck is fighting for all peoples rights to warship!

  • Did you see Al Sharpton appear on Bill O'Reilly's program 8/30/10 where Dr. Sharpton said that the Beck rally did nothing to dishonor MLK?

  • unemployed govt sucking bottom feeders.

  • Here is the REAL racism...

  • Comment removed

  • This is what Glenn Becks Church Belived up until 1978

"Some, however, will argue that a black skin is not a curse, nor a white skin a blessing. In fact, some have been so foolish as to believe and say that a black skin is a blessing, and that the negro is the finest type of a perfect man that exists on the earth; but to us such teachings are foolishness. We understand that when God made man in his own image and pronounced him very good, that he made him white."

  • @cdnbud

Nice try "bud". Beck was not a Mormon in 1978.

Did you see Sharpton endorse the new black panther party in his 8-28 speech? Their leader wants to see funerals in the community of their "enemies". Sound like hate to you? It does to me.

  • @groberts1776 Listen to the words and then I want you to ask yourself if you went to that church and you heard your preacher say anything like that, you can reverse racist, you can do anything, what would you do? And how many Sundays would you continue to attend this church? - Glenn Beck commenting on Obamas pastor.

  • @cdnbud

Glenn Beck never sat in the church you describe but Obama did go to the 11AM service at racist TUCC for 20 years (according to his own words in a 2004 interview). If you search in quotes it will be the top two links: "Yep. Every week. 11 oclock service...good service"

Are you calling the President a racist just because he liked the TUCC sermons? You had better watch out!

Oh, and by the way, I wouldn't sit in either the pre-1978 LDS church or the Chicago TUCC for even one minute.

  • @groberts1776 Glenn Beck IS a Mormon, and he should judge himself by the same standards he judges others. If he likes guilt by association then it should apply to him and his racist church too.

As far as me calling Obama a racist I never did, But Glenn Beck sure did.

  • @cdnbud

Glenn Beck joined the church long after 1978. And if you like the game of guilt by association, you voted for a man who went to a racist church for 20 years and claimed in a 2004 interview with Cathleen Falsani that he went every week to the 11AM service.

Problem is, whenever liberals play the game of association, they lose. Obama ran the nastiest campaign in history. Never disavowing any of the baseless charges of racism but McCain disavowed inappropriate behavior immediately.

  • @cdnbud

Obama took a week to disavow a pastor of a church he went to for 20 years. McCain disavowed an anti-catholic preacher who endorsed him the same evening. Don't even pretend that President Obama has anywhere near the class that his opponents do. When the President gave a speech on the oil spill, he missed an opportunity to strike a chord of national unity in a time of shared tragedy. He called for more offshore drilling, said it was safe and then blame...

    America. Deserves. Better.

  • @cdnbud

Hating someone for their religion is no different from racism. I may question Obama's judgement for endorsing hate-filled sermons for 20 years claiming that they were "good sermons, ever been there", but I am not calling every TUCC member racist or even Obama. He has very poor judgment, that is all.

You are a supporter of Al Sharpton, which just proves the point, that Glenn Beck is from the true legacy...

You have been exposed expressing racism. You are cut off. You will be ignored.

  • @groberts1776 You are exposed as being a moron. I am not a supporter of Al sharpton, so again your are a giant FAIL!

Glenn Beck is a racist, and so is his church!

  • Wow, what a crowd! There must have been 200 people that showed up!

    AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!

  • MLK was called all the same things by the conservatives of his time (communist, socialist, race-baiter, anti-American, etc.), that you present day conservatives call Obama and Sharpton. Its nice to know some things don't change.

Conservatives (Goldwater, Wallace, etc.) HATED the civil rights movement, but NOW the Cult of Beck is trying to claim that THEY were the one fighting for civil rights and that blacks are the 'real racists'?

  • @kefluv

Nice try "keffy". The Republican Party was formed to block the expansion of slavery and succeeded not only in ending it but enforcing "equal justice under law" until the end of reconstruction when Democrats like Wallace took over and sent our country into another hundred years of "dark ages" of race relations. We haven't changed our position on race which has always been "equal justice under law". You guys have. So sad you know no history.

  • @groberts1776 I know my history and, if you can read, I never mentioned the republican party. I intentionally mentioned Goldwater (R) & Wallace (D) because its not about parties, its about ideology. CONSERVATIVES have never cared about anybody but themselves. While liberals like Lincoln and the Abolitionists fought against slavery, conservatives fought to keep the slavery intact... and NOW becky is try to claim the mantle of Civil Rights for conservatives?

  • @kefluv

You never mentioned party because you did not want to admit that it was your party that was racist while my party has always championed equal justice before the law - and still does.

Liberal means the exact opposite of what it once did. It once referred individual rights, limited government and free trade, now it means socialism. Read about the "liberal school of economics". It will sound conservative to you because Adam Smith and Mises loved capitalism-they were *classical* liberals

  • @kefluv

The modern Conservative Republican party is working to defend the Constitution, just as Lincoln preserved the Union & government "of by and for the people". The people you falsely refer to as "conservatives" were actually Democrats who wanted to preserve slavery and segregation. Republicans have been consistent in what they have wanted to preserve - individual freedom from government control whether it be slavery, taxation, contradictory regulation or reverse racism. More freedom4U&me

  • @groberts1776 Once again you conflate the 2 things: "The modern Conservative Republican Party" has nothing to do with Lincoln. The problem is that you know it but are trying to build box of semi-logic around your argument. I'll help you out though.

Republicans and Abolitionists were LIBERALS. Conservatives (at that time) WERE Democrats and for keeping slavery. Your IDEOLOGY fought FOR slavery THEN, but your PARTY claims Lincoln NOW?

BTW, today's GOP is bought and paid for by big business.

  • @kefluv

Once again you conflate two things: what liberalism meant then and what it means now. You have nothing but hate and smear. Your party fought for slavery my party fought against slavery. If you think Lincoln was a Democrat you are beyond help. Find out what Lincoln had to say about socialism - he hated it.

BTW todays Democrats are bought and paid for by big business. They got more corporate dough in the last two cycles and the maj. of Dems voted for TARP, the majority of Repubs against

  • @kefluv

    Lincoln was no liberal:

"Inasmuch as most good things are produced by labor, it follows that all such things ought to belong to those whose labor has produced them. But it has happened in all ages of the world that some have labored, and others, without labor, have enjoyed a larger proportion of the fruits. This is wrong, and should not continue. To secure to each laborer the whole product of his labor as nearly as possible is a worthy object of any good government." Abe Lincoln-R!!!!

  • @groberts1776 Thank you for proving my point! Please actually re-read what he wrote.

This speech famously actually talks about how the workers who produced the labor should be the ones who benefit most from that labor. When he says "others, without labor, have enjoyed a larger proportion of the fruits. This is wrong..." He's talking about how kings and the elite of the time got wealthy off the labor of others.

Funny, people actually use this speech to prove that Lincoln was, in fact, a commie.

  • @kefluv

Yes, just like corporate welfare, TARP, Big Labor and all of the other ways in which the Democrats have put their hands in our pockets and given to their powerful allies. The Democrats were once the party of smaller government (in Jefferson's time) You support socialism but want to claim Jefferson? All across the US, Dems hold Jefferson-Jackson dinners and Republicans hold Lincoln dinners. Got your parties confused much?

'You can't make a weak man strong by making a strong man weak'

  • @kefluv

"others, without labor, have enjoyed a larger proportion of the fruits. This is wrong..."- A. Lincoln

So, who fits this description today? Auto manufacturers who pay HS educated workers over $40.00 per hour including benefits? Or a government that takes nearly half of everything produced, even though it is run by people who have never run an enterprise bigger than a lemonade stand?

In this speech he was supporting the right to unionization, something that Republicans still support.

  • @groberts1776 If you think Republicans 'support the right to unionize' there's nothing more I can say (because EVERYONE knows that's a lie). They HATE the unions.

Why do republicans hate that a person with a HS education makes $40/hour, but when ONE executive makes $100M in BONUSES, all the conservatives say is 'You have to pay him that much... it's the free market."

Why is it that the 'free market' only applies to paying the elite MILLIONS but never applies to paying the everyday worker $60K?

  • @kefluv

I see a lot of common ground here between you and I. I totally support the right to unionize - this is a free country, I just don't think that I have the right to force my neighbor into a union or vice versa.

It is a very American value to celebrate success, to the skilled tradesman who makes $40/hr I say "hats off to you bud". If skilled trades were easy, everyone would make $40/hr - they aren't.

  • @kefluv

The free market means economic freedom for all. Everyone has the right to be paid what others are willing to pay them.

As you rightly point out, in a free market, a skilled tradesman can make $40/hr and the CEO can get millions in bonuses. Find your place and fit in - that is what economic freedom is all about.

No conservative says you have to pay the CEO $100M. If they don't generate that much more in profits, the board finds another CEO. Workers are paid from profits, not losses.

  • @kefluv

Republicans still support the right to unionize to this day. What they don't support is forced-unionization. We tend to be right-to-work. Democrats tend to be "force-to-join". Forced unionization allows the union to free-ride on "members" that don't need, don't want and don't care to join a union that never did anything for them and just takes their dues to buy SUVs and fat cigars

Here is my definition of liberalism: "its never enough"-Unionization, not enough! we need forced union...

  • @groberts1776 Conservatives have always hated unions because they work for the WORKERS who actually produce the products that generate wealth. (i.e. Miners, not the mine owners, generate wealth.)

Conservatives instead back the rich elite who run the corporations. And what happens when those elite run that company into the ground? Conservatives blame the 'lazy' workers (who increased productivity with stagnant wages) while the CEOs (who made ALL the business decisions) get a golden parachute.

  • @kefluv

What conservative blamed 'lazy' workers for the economic downturn? It sounds like you are having a debate with some imaginary conservative here. The conservatives I know have nothing but respect for their fellow employees.

Shareholders own the company. It is their job to see to it that 'golden parachutes' are not too large when the contract is signed. Replacing corporate governance with government never worked anywhere, even Fidel says that his model doesn't work anymore.

  • @groberts1776 Sharon Angle (conservative) called the unemployed 'lazy'. Blaming the worker for the economy that the rich blew up (while they got richer).

Shareholders have no power to control the 'golden parachutes' and you know it. This is the problem I have with conservatives. Some are just followers, who believe anything Rush says, but you seem pretty smart.

I don't want the gov. to control corp. governance. I want them to be honest, respect their workers and hold their CEOs accountable.

  • @kefluv

All I can say is that Sharon Angle isn't all conservatives. True conservatives know that people would rather work than be unemployed and that is why they support policies that favor job creation.

Shareholder's record in punishing wrongdoing is poor - but if you think they are doing a bad job just wait until you see how poorly the government does. Oh darn, we don't have to wait, just look at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac - they started this financial disaster by undermining loan standards

  • @groberts1776 Oh, the 'Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Canard.'

It was poor black people (who controls less than 1% of America's wealth) who caused the Financial collapse.

Don't blame the Financial and Banking Industries (who control 70% of America's wealth) who KNEW the mortgages were bad (and didn't care), but still sold them as AAA rated to EVERYBODY as they made TRILLIONS.

Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae (15% of the cause). Companies selling mortgages that they KNEW were bad (the other 85%).

  • @kefluv

Calling the other side "stupid" or "lazy" is the oldest trick in the political book. It closes people off to alternate messages. Once you think that the other side is wrong and that it is monolithic, your side "owns" you - no further thought is necessary. President Obama gave a great speech about this phenomenon May 1, 2010 in Ypsilanti, MI. Much of what Obama says is fabulous, it is his record of doing the opposite that convinced me to vote Republican - a vote for reform & real change

  • @kefluv

A proud liberal always believes that "it's not enough! It's never fair!":

The right to earn a decent wage - not enough! I need the gov't to redistribute SO else's wealth to me!

Freedom to buy the products that I find eco-friendly - not fair! I demand that the government artificially increase the price of products I disagree with so that they are out of the economic reach of others!

  • @groberts1776 Conservatives believe the workers should just shut up and work like 'good drones' and that a CEO making more in a DAY than a worker does in a YEAR is the 'free market at work'.

A proud liberal believes that the worker creates wealth and deserves more of the benefits his work produces.

Would the economy be better if one CEO made $99M and 20 workers made $1M (total) or would it be better if the CEO made $10M and 1,800 workers made $90M (total)? Same wealth, more people employed.

  • @kefluv

    "Conservatives want...'good drones'"

-Says who? I am a Conservative and I want clever, creative and brilliant coworkers. I earned a Ph.D. and now I work in a laboratory - that's what I wanted to do. Being a "drone" is a personal choice. Nobody can force you to stop thinking - your mind is your own.

A proud Conservative also believes that worker's create wealth and wants every "Joe the Plumber" to have their chance to have a crack at running their own business if they choose to.

  • @kefluv

"Would the economy be better if CEOs were paid more like workers (paraphrase)"

-Why don't you try that one out yourself? Nobody is stopping you from paying yourself less as CEO and hiring more workers. Stop complaining - do it!

If thatt were possible, an insurgent company could pay their CEO only 10-times the ordinary worker's wage, and hire hundreds of workers (who produce all the wealth anyway) and, through the free market, eat the competition for lunch. Obviously it isn't that easy

  • @kefluv

MLK was compared to totalitarian dictators by the haters in his day just like GWB was compared to totalitarian dictators by so-called "liberals" in our day. It's great to see some things don't change.

-kefluv, this doesn't prove anything other than that politics creates "bugbears". People don't like the other side and go hyperbolic.

I call on you to one day rise up and live up to the true meaning of your name - come on keffy, be kefLUV!

  • @groberts1776 MLK was compared to totalitarian dictators by the 'haters' (southern conservatives) because he wanted the right to vote.

GWB was compared to totalitarian dictators because he illegally wiretapped American citizens and TORTURED people.

Don't worry about me, I do LUV you conservatives. I just LUV pointing out how you are constantly on the wrong side of history. I don't hate you guys, I'm just pointing out your hypocrisy.

  • @kefluv

Watch out who you compare to a totalitarian dictator! BHO blocked two judicial inquiries into warrantless wiretapping and failed to close Guantanamo as promised. It seems to me that you may have "read the package" before voting but haven't "opened it up" yet. What you find inside may represent the fruits of deceptive advertising.

  • @kefluv

Nothing hypocritical about promoting "Equal justice under law" since 1869.

It is the consistency of the Republican's policies, not the section of the country where they are popular that makes them the party of freedom.

Look kefluv, the Republican's policies don't appeal to you but that is no reason to call them "racist friendly".

"Hypocrisy" is a big word. Democrats use it like salt. If that word is thrown around like a beach ball it won't mean anything anymore - "pass the salt".

  • @kefluv

I don't have to believe liberals are hypocrites to point out that they were always on the wrong side of history.

Harry Reid: "The war is lost"

Barack Obama: "The surge won't work"

Obama administration: "This is recovery summer"

Bill Clinton: "Ahh did naht have s**ual realations with thaat wuman"

Nancy Pelosi: "We have to pass the bill so we can find out what's in it"

"King" Samir Shah: "We need to kill their (white) babies"

Carter: "I would've won if it wasn't for the hostage...

  • @groberts1776 Oh, you wanna play the quote game (mine will involve conservatives killing people.)

Nixon: "I have a secret plan to end the Vietnam War."

Reagan: "They tell me I traded weapons for hostages. But in my heart I feel I didn't."

    Dubya: "WMDs... no doubt."

Cheney: "We will be greeted as liberators."

Rumsfeld: "I doubt this war will last more than a few months and will be paid for with oil revenues."

    Dubya: "We DO NOT torture."

    Cheney: "The torture saved lives!"

    GOP: "The surge worked."

  • @kefluv

If only you hadn't said "conservatives killing people" you would have been right on some.

Pulling out of Vietnam led to many more deaths in Vietnam and in neighboring Cambodia. It was Commies who killed them and Commies who started the Vietnam war.

    Let's not forget

Clinton (hill and bill): WMDs..no doubt

Some in the CIA believe that torture saved lives so calling that a lie is an opinion.

The best of all is Jay Rockefeller: I voted for it, but Bush lied!

  • @kefluv

If you don't realize that the surge worked, you are on the wrong side of history. The surge saved lives, both American and Iraqi. It worked so well that Obama is adapting the surge strategy to Afghanistan

You know the surge worked when the President sends Biden out on the chat circuit to take credit for it. Iraq "Could Be One of the Great Achievements of This Administration".

-Of course we could have just divided the country up into three parts and left, that was Biden's brilliant...

  • @hobo59 There was 1/20000 or so of us in the march against you prejudice bastards. You call them racist because they're not republican morons like you that follow Glenn Beck blindly? I was at the both rallies(mlk more than Beckstock) and I noticed a funny thing. Reclaim the Dream rally, there were people of all nationalities all religions and sexual orientation united. At the Beck Rally: Almost nobody under 50. Children so young they couldn't think for themselves and the rest were dumb fucks

  • Those Sheeple need to quit watching the news.

  • I think the North owe's the South an a apology . Maybe next time yall will do the right thang .

  • Thank god that people are waking up to the fact that these "useful idiots" are the core of the racial problems that this country has.

  • lol @ racists

  • MLK wouldnt be seen with the likes of Al Sharpton. Sharpton is a professional race baitor. He needs racial divide to live high on the hog. Any one who looks to him as a civil rights leader cannot possibly be serious about equality. He should have been run out of the movement long ago. And Mr. Jealous, when you begin to protest those wanting to kill white cracker babies you might earn yourself some credibility as well. Until then these are nothing but a bunch of bigoted race baiting slime.

  • I really don't know what else they want from this nation. They have a black president. They have equal opportunity. On second thought, they have better opportunity due to affirmative action. Like the Jews with the Palestinians, we will never get peace from this malcontents. I suspect that since they can't accomplish anything on their own. They will never stop blaming the rest of us for their eternal failure.

  • You would think, if you were going to speak to a crowd, you could at least get a quote correct. Barry Goldwater said that " Extremism in the defense of Liberty is no vice." The virtue comment was in a following statement...."And let me remind you also that moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue."

  • Look at all the hate and racism! You think "these people" are not divided and deranged? I bet they left a bigger mess than the tea party. Heck of a rally not-so-Sharpton put on, about 2000 drones showed up compared to the 500,000 patriots who showed up for Palin and Beck. Truly a pathetic group and attempt to silence the awaken giant called the American people. BHO = OTP one term president! November to remember you are going down! Down, down, down!

  • what church is al pastor at?

  • Time to come together and quit following these haters.....Glenn Beck had the truth...these guys want to divide the citizens...ask yourself why? MLK wanted color to not be a factor....the truth is now.....only those like sharpton want to keep the division....WHY?

  • Dr. King would reject this rally. It is so far removed from what he stood for it is pitiful.

  • What stupid racisit trash! I can't even believe people are this dumb. Get OUT of America you dumbasses!

  • I reject Al Sharpton not for the color of his skin, but for the content of his character.

  • Al Sharpton has made an entire career out of speading racial hated and DIVISION.

If racism is ever truly eliminated in this country, AL WOULD BE OUT OF A JOB!

  • These people are nothing but I gigantic cult!!!! Lead by the devil himself! Sir Satan Sharpton!

  • most of the signs were from whites.

  • @WildBillHabiki Yeah maybe 1 or 2, the other thousand signs were from the typical racist blacks!

  • @WildBillHabiki The criticism is that Al Sharpton's followers are more concentrated on racial divisions, not that he has dark skin. Your criticism relates to the color of his followers skins. Hardly relevant.

  • They live in the past and will never know a future. The largest gathering of racists are in this video.

  • no justice no peace doesnt sound like Dr King.

  • Black racists and their useful idiots showing how low class they truly are.

  • @sirhcskoorb really? Isn't it rather ignorant to make a general statement about an entire race of ppl? Based upon your statement I would assume you espouse Beck's rally as his could not be racist ideals disguised as a " peaceful, prayerful gathering." Restoring the honor? *scoffs* By honor does he mean restoring the undeniable victimization of people of color. This country was built on genocide, theft, rape, and racism...think outside of your privileged box. *that is all*

  • @tespiller Privileged LOL! your an idiot.

This will come as shock to you but "people of color" are the real racists.

Your ignorant and need to read a little history before you go pointing your finger at someone else.

I'm Irish and we were treated as badly blacks, sometimes worse.

It was young Irish boys fresh off the boat who won the civil war, were are my reparations?

People of color lump all whites together because they are ignorant racists, they don't freedom they want revenge.

  • what a bunch of morons

  • 3000 Racists showed up for Sharpton's "protest"......300,000 Americans showed up at Beck's "rally."

These mindless parasites and lemmings crack me up.

  • Thanks secular, for showing what both marches were really like!

We'd never see the truth from the MSM, eh?

  • Haters come in all colors
