@xacdcx7 thats awsome CONGRATS! to your dad n you, unfortuneatly the only deer we got this season was my brothers he got the third day of our archery season, my father had a nice deer start to come out of the thicket at the bottom of the ridge, than a guy on his 4 wheeler came through and spooked it, and i got a shot on a nice buck, got string jumped at 32 yards, and had no recovery on the other one last week of archery... it happens but this year will be better
@1gamoguy i dropped a 3 point half rack the last it would have been a dandy 6 pointer, but it happens i missed a doe right after the buck i pushed out of brush
@xacdcx7 nice, when we were out on the property last weekend we ended up running into a group 4 doe and 2 bucks, we have seen another buck since then, looks to be a big spike or possible 4 point.... never fails though off season is when we see them the most lol, but at least we know they are there

@FireArmsResQ nope one of our local gun shops sell the two different sizes, this one has very little rust on it, the bullets just came in bags loose 100 rounds per bag, not going to disclose how many bags were in totall lol, i just need to get some time to make another trip for a few more to put my other ammo in

I also have a bunch of "pre-ban" magazines from the 1980's. The post-94 mags were stamped with a date - inside or out depending upon manufacturer - while post 2004 mags can have no stamp and are identical to pre-ban except for the color of the follower. Unless you get into trouble, I have never seen anyone called out on a magazine. I also have a pre-ban AR to go with the mags. Gots lots of cans in various sizes too. :-)

Like I said, unless you live in NYC or a city like that, I have never seen anyone binged for a magazine unless they used it in a crime. I take mine to the range or have seen others with them and no one cares. Now DEC might hassle you while hunting on state land with a hi-cap but if you're respectable and otherwise legal, they'd probably just give you a warning.

@SupremeAmerican well thats what struck me as odd, small game has different rules and regulations than our big game, i figured with small game we did not need the mag limit as we would for big game, but its all the same, now if you are a farmer, all that goes right out the window of course as far as for being on private land not to sure i believe that would vary from state to state, the way i look at it, we shouldnt be capcity capped for predetor hunting, but what ya gonna do
i took my mini 14 coyote hunting last night. collapsible folding stock, only had two 30 round mags and a 20 round mag. took the 20 rounder just to ''feel better'' about it. LOL.
Good to see a video from you again but that got me curious so I got out my PA hunting book an i looked an we actually can't even hunt with automatic/ semi auto( autoloading ) rifles an handguns. I personally did not know that but nice rifles pretty clean looking last one I seen was Pete's from the armory channels an his is decked out lol
@Tehl33tpwnage THANKS! and pete has got some killer stuff lol, and its always good to know, up untill 14 years ago our zone was bow/shotgun/handgun only, then ENCON and DEC switched our area of southern zone to rifle as well, for our handgun stipulation, its any handgun .40cal or larger and the barrel has to be no shorter than 7 inches, the only type of repeating rifle that we can use and it does not matter is rimfire, but it was to be tube mag fed only, if its removeable its still 5 rounds
