  • just a few suggestions dont cut out any calories if anything add more calories do your diet if you wanna gain a lot of muscle try to eat as much as you can eccpecially things that are high in protien like eggs, meat, fish, chicken and much more dont eat procecced foods like chips and junk. only work out two muscles a day like biceps and triceps one day and shoulders and fore arms the next day. good luck and i hope you use this info

  • @Gamer2912 Yes I searched them too. But i didn't found them.  I think the time was to short to show muscles. As he said in the Video " two Weeks". It needs a longer time to get big good looking muscles like Arnold Schwarztenegger.

  • ok man im gonna try to give you as much advice as expierience gave me. only work out 3 or 4 times a day dont do the same thing every day becuase your muscles will get used to it.dont go improportional if you work out your arms work out you legs the next day then take a day off then work out other parts and so on running will get rid of body fat and ab exercises are for after you have ran for a while i suggest running and doing ab exercises i used to have no abs and did this and now i have pack..

  • Listen too the people who say to work out 3 or 4 times a week!! NOT 6 DAYS A WEEK!! - Your body will get used to that vigorous schedule and your workouts will be less effective. Then you'll get frustrated and find yourself spinning your wheels. If you want to get the most progress from your workouts just give yourself a good workout 3 or 4 times a week. If you must work out every day just mix it up, like legs and abs one day, arms and chest the next. Just remember, rest is important!!

  • DON'T BOTHER WITH PROTEIN SHAKES!! - You can deform yourself and loose your form. Protein shakes are ok for guys who sit in the gym all day and do nothing but work out. I had so many friends that started drinking protein shakes, bulked up, lost their natural look and now they look like idiots. Just work out on a reasonable schedule, avoid McDonalds (all fast foods are AB KILLERS) and let time do the rest. You're already off to a good start...

  • If you mix your routines up, say ab workouts one day, the next biceps, the next triceps, you should see good progress, im 15 now and it works great for me, protein shakes after excersise are good too. I had a problem with body fat but i lost the majority of it purely by skipping, by a speed rope and try it.

  • dont do too much working out 5-6 days a week is way too extreme for someone starting out like you. start with 3 and go easy if you do too much it cant stunt your growth and have other health issues. dont cut carbs out completely if you want to really build muscle. i started a little later then you im 15 now and have increase my bench number by 105lbs. i eat a lot of eggs red meat and nuts natural protein is easier for the body to break down.

  • very great job. it will be easy for you to progress. just remember to eat. get enough sleep and workout 5 to 6 days a week. allow the muscles to rest so that they can grow. good luck
