@DJJORGEMOJICA bueno yo te diria que si compraras los bajos aparte porque los prx525 tienen bass pero cuando les conecto los 518 suena mucho mas fuerte i mas clarito el bajo.. no se que tipo de bajos o que tan potentes los quieres.? como los que tengo yo suenan bien hacen que mi casa tiemble... lol

i got a pair of the prx525s they work great but i also run a prx718s powered 18 inch sub , i played at a gig on saturday night and the sub made me feel semi sea sick from the vibration was fucking mental, out of the pack of the sub theres a cross over so i only run the mids and highs out of the 525's and let the sub do its thing

those eon subs are good, i have previously owned one. but the prx 718 sub(that i own now) is waaaay better, i suggest selling those and buying prx 718's, as i have done. u won't regret it!

@Peppa1978 I heard that the those JBL EONS need a good mixer to give a good out put... I own only one JBL EON and i have to turn up the volume on the mixer.. But then I decided to buy a pair of JBL PRX 500 and they sound louder and give good bass without a sub.

Man I purchased 2 of the prx525 about two weeks ago and I think its one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. Great speakers. I guess i need to get the 18s now. Do they really make a big difference? Thanks for the help.

No se si comprar altavoces pasivos o biamplificada, que son como las que tu tienes, bueno la prx525 no se las demas si seran igual. yeah man the bass with just the PRX is nice it has a lot of bass. And when you add the 518 well its just sick ..!! sounds hard... but yeah the 525 by them selfs sound really good.

@RicardoDLF Hey man I have these 525's with the LR-36's cerwin vega earthquakes and played in a hall with 700 people and had no problem. But remember, the idea is to satisfy the crowd on the dance floor first!

Thanks man! I´m thinking of getting D.A.S. RF64's instead of the 525's, i´ve been hearing many good things about those, and more over being good-priced. These combined of course with CV EL-36C's subs... but if I go into the self-powered stuff I would go into 525´s + CV CVA-118 powered sub... still under research.
