i bougth today the super soaker and nerf hydro cannon that thing is fantastic but you have to pump to 30 timer and you can shoot one time and you have to pump it like 30 times again .

@robbindrenth We just got the hydro cannon, Ours you can fire it again after 5-10 pumps, but it is a small blast, if you pump it 20 times, you get the full blast. We will review this once the weather warms up a bit, along with a few more used ones we scored over the winter, including a NEW IN BOX CPS 3200 with BACKPACK

@robbindrenth what do u mean fantastic. the super soakers from 1998 to 2004 all shot going on to 60 feet and that being nerfs most powerful soaker sucks compared to those and buzzbees. i mean only 35 feat come on. even one of buzzbees shoot 45 feet and most 40 feet and i actually measured the streams and felt the power. i like nerf but they and everyone else knows they can do better.

The CPS 2500 can blast more water in a second than all of the piston pumpers combined in one minute, and outranges most hoses unless the hose has a special nozzle attached.

@JewshProductions both are fine soakers, you will be happy with either of them. It would be hard for me to pick one out of thoses two, as I like both alot, they each have a cool look and feel to them.

@JewshProductions the rattler and shot blast both can hold the same amount of water and have the same range but shot blast shoots more water with each shot. but it jams sometimes and unless you take the pointless thing on the back off it is hard to manuver and the rattler is a little mor accurate. And considering the shot blast is 1 and a half times more expensive i would get a rattler.

@archieandben I like the feel of the Shot Blast better, though, and it looks like the pump would be more stable than the one on the Rattler. Over all, I think it has better construction in terms of durability. But that's just me.

@david100000000000000 the rattler shoots depending on haw hard you pump it, so the harder (faster you pump) the further is shoots, we got both, and side by side, the rattler goes further. You just got to put some effort into it.

Actually, the Sneak Attack does have a screw-off cap. The reason why there's that thing you push down on it is because that cap is compatible with the water-holding aquapacks used for the Max-Infusion line of Super Soakers. You can connect the tube from the aquapack to the top of the Sneak Attack's water supply, making for insane battles. I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just pointing that out. You can use a hose for that push-down part, if the nozzle would fit, but it's intended for aquapacks.

Any old CPS or monster line works very well and are very solidly built

The rattler seems very durable, as it is a pump gun, not much to go wrong.

Just keep your receipt, then you can always return it if it breaks.

@Breezy69005 - not sure about that, it does have a screw on cap, you would have to cut the string that attaches the anchor to the cap, so I would say no it is not meant for a water backpack.

@shotgunmyach - yeah, it is pretty easy to pump, the more force you pump with the better (further) the shot, my son is 10 and has no problem using it, as you can see.
