Hi! Have you considered - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my brother in law got detailed 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.
In this video you're almost exactly like me! I'm 5'5" too, and I'm currently at about 149, and my reflection in the mirror is almost just like yours! I go to the gym every day, and in the last few weeks I've managed to lose 2 1/2" from my waist and about two pounds, and it's really exciting to finally find somebody with the same body type as me, keep up the good work, thanks for sharing! :)

Yea try doing an hour of heavy ass weights. ROFL You will run into the kitchen and eat everything. LOL You look fine though forget P90X that is a stupid program. Just run, bike, jog, go hiking, etc. And you will be fine. No need to blow money on some lame DVD program. Those "get ripped" videos have been around for forever. Insanity, P90X, etc. = waste of MONEY

You should be walking, not running. When you get in an anaerobic state you burn muscle for energy, not fat. Walking will help shed lbs and build muscle with your workouts.
Posting an update in February!! November 4th I lost a few inches and pounds but I'm not 120 yet! Will post a video soon! One more month and Insanity will be complete (even though I missed a few days here and there... Still gonna finish what I started!)

So..you want to lose weight and LOADS of energy? Invest in a GOOD quality Juicer...ie: Champion or Walkman Press, etc. Juice your veggies, but easy on the fruit (concentrated sugars)..
eat fish & free range chicken..but MOSTLY, juice & watch the lbs disappear FAST.

Hey ya Honey, Good on you, you look fab after the p90x.However please eat more Calories, 1000-1200 is a starvation amount, I don't want to see you or anyone else going crazy or starting to binge..Go for lots of fruit and veges and you'll have lots of energy to do more exercise and you'll feel fantastic as well.Check out a girl called Freelee and her transformation.Good luck for the future.

keep up the hard work i am not going to lie is not easy but worth every single day of work out, my wife and me finish 1 round of p90x and the results were amazing but i recomend you do turbo fire thats waht my wife is doing now and results are amazing p.s just keep pushing play and do not quit jejeje

Why not quit weighing and measure your body instead? Muscle gain increases weight, even though you're losing inches.

Are you sure 120 is even an ideal weight for you? Might be overreaching! If you're 145 in this video, 130 - 135 might be more like it.
