I have a torn acl and mcl in my knee. I feel pain in it if I eat carbs. My knee really feels normal with low carb. It seems like low carb makes the swelling come down. I know there is no structure in my knee to do things like martial arts but I can walk. I miss martial arts :). Hang in there. You condition sounds soo painful :(
Hey I just want to tip you off to HCG, no I'm not some cheezeball trying to sell something, but trying to help you get your weight off fast and easy. Look at my channel, search youtube "HCG before and after" I've lost 70 pounds since last fall, feel like a new person! At least research it! Got any questions, let me know.
I'm glad you explained your disease in depth. I had no idea about it affecting your spine. That's why you will fight everyday to eat well and move. You are on the right track and I'm so proud of you and your never give-up attitude! Love You Bonnie! Enjoy the rest of the holiday weekend. ~ Laura : )
You can do this girl. One day, one meal at a time. Chronic pain is not something to sneeze at and I sure do hope that your upcoming weight loss helps you to feel better...and QUICK. *hugs*
