  • can you back up the other way?

  • ohhhh thats cool ;D

  • i have to do a chromatic scale that fast for my band class and i can't QQ

  • thats real quick :L sweet

  • try doing fingers 1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and repeat up the scale to go even faster. The crossing of your thumb actually slows you down so the trick is to use it as little as possible

  • How long have you been practicing?

  • About 2 years, but when I recorded this it was about a year...

  • what is the secret?

  • ???? thats awsome !!! but u did it with the 1. and 2. finger !!! insnt wrong ??? i thoght you have to take the 1. and 3. finger ..that what i learnd ...please answer peace

  • Thanks!

I've never really taken a piano lesson, I just figured out how to do it on my own, so you're probably right in that you should use 1 and 3.

  • @jpbarrett12794 1 and 3, that correct... as well as 2 in between for C + F right hand or B and E left hand! :)

    Nice speed, anyway!

  • Jurassic Park T-shirt. Epic.

  • ITS COMING AT MEEE

  • lol nice i can go almost as fast on my saxophone

  • oh, i can go faster on the sax...

  • actually i can i tried it after i wacthed this video and i didn't think i could but i could

  • It's somewhat easier on the saxophone, and other woodwinds, since we don't have to do as much lifting along the way...this video is still impressive, but i'd like to see him go back up at the end (without breaking the tempo) :D

  • yeah. i love playing saxophone.yeah me too.

  • I go faster down the scale then up for some reason........... it's easier... but wow
