It is an amazing vid. Im having a hard with my lease horse and it shows me how much i love to ride. Its an amazing video. The music, Duke and how happy you look. You ride so easy.

When I was looking for a horse I was thinking how i would just be able to go out and hop on and canter round the paddock. But when I got my horse it wasnt like that and she eventually had to be put down. I am trying a horse out of my friends out but am having a hard time

Yes it is. But sometimes people need a little pointing in the right direction :) I used to ride without a hat all the time when I lived in Italy. This summer I watched a close friend fall off and hit her head - she was wearing a hat but she still ended up in a coma. Sometimes we don't realise our mistakes, and we're lucky to have someone to kindly point us in the right direction...

MY hat saved my life so i always wear it. It's illegal not to in the uk anyway. But when my horse stood on my face iff my hat hadn't broke impact a little bit then his hoof would have shattered my skull. But instead no broken bones just bruises and cuts :)
