We have nothing to lose but our lives. There is nothing at stake for us except the lives and health of our friends and neighbors, our brothers, our sisters, our parents, and our children.
When the People are paying attention and getting involved and tuning our the hatemongers and the demogogues . . .
What Barack Obama and MoveOn org have been trying to say is that the people who deserve all credit for Obama getting elected are . . .
the American People.
Now it's time to stop focusing on elections and start focusing on enacting the kind of reform that we need to get the economy back on track and to make health care affordable again.
If the insurance companies are fighting against the interests of the American People and against reform, it's time for us to start fighting -for- it.
Republicans are a bunch of ignorant malcontents, who can be worked into a frenzy about anything. They simply can't live with the reality that they lost the election so badly. Their desperation has lead them to look increasingly insane. Their divorce from reality and retreat into the political netherland of subjective hate and fear, runs counter to the direction of the conciousness of our country. These Palinesque optics will lead them to a major defeat in 2010 and 2012. Life is beautiful.
We have to put IRV as a ballot question in every state. It just got on the Mass ballot for 2010. THis will give third parties some chance in future elections. We also have to find true progressives to challenge blue dog democrats in primaries. Look at Rep Donna Edwards. She challenged blue dog ALbert Wynn and kicked his ass out of the house. Ned Lamont almost did the same thing to Joe Lie-berman. It can be done through third party and primary challenges.
only album moby ever did that was worth a shit was the one where he played guitar. that was years and years ago though

I love how this clip is titled Moby, but the only original content compared to the other clips is 10 seconds of Moby, the rest is all the same.
