Anyone can sit in a church and feel a presense. Matter of fact anyone can sit anywere with any history and they will feel something. I'm a believer in spirits, ghosts etc but very skeptical concerning people like yourself.

What really bugs me about all these ghost shows is YES WE KNOW ITS HAUNTED.. but do these investigators actually have the knowledge or intelligence to help these spirits move on from this realm into the astral plane??.

i knew a grave digger who told me that years ago parents of children who died and wasn't christened paid grave diggers to bury there children in the church grounds so they would be on hallowed ground, the grave diggers usually did this after dark and bury them in the flower beds around the church

I don`t doubt that at all. And if people could barely afford a memorial the stones were often carved with initials and a date of birth and death as each letter was paid for individually.

People today have no real understanding of the grinding poverty that many of our ancestors experienced.

I really look forward to your video's as they are always so interesting. It certainly is a shock to see unearthed bones.  It is a good thing the church was so responsive. Once I volunteered to do clean up work at a cemetery, in New Orleans, LA and I found a hip bone. It was a few months after Hurricane Katrina. Anyway, it is definately a disturbing experience.

SKULL UPDATE:

The church have got back to me to thank me for informing them. The area was cleared last autumn of undergrowth as the area is now left as a nature reserve. It is believed wild animals have dug over the bare earth and exposed the remains.

Their response has been very good. They point out they have a halloween ghost walk around the church and town every year, and invite all to come and join in.I am grateful for their fast response. The remains have been properly re-buried.

Just for info.

The cemetery is now closed to burials, and has been for over 60 years. These remains are believed to be Victorian, and child mortality in this period was extremely high. We will never know who the child was as many graves were pauper burials without a headstone or memorial. May that child now rest in peace.
