@whiteindianone ive got to get out for another good weekend with Chase. I also need ot run some rounds thru it. Ive sent 70 down the pipe on the red dot I bought. Dont know if I care for it. I can normaly sight a rifle in in 25 rounds or so tops

@dnahoghunter You should check out the Vortex red dots. They're not real expensive but they're great optics. P.S. - There is no 300 round AR mag, There are some 120 round drum mags but that's about as big as they get. :)

Nice rifle, if you want a finish that will realy smooth out the action check out the nickel boron finish. Its will run like butter, requires less lube and really repels alot of the carboin fouling. Ar15 are great weapons just make sure you keep your bcg (bolt carrier group) well lubed an it should serve you well. I just finished building a 10.5" spikes tactical for myself!

Nice gun. I put a hogue rubberized grip on mine and love the way it feals. You may also want to look at getting some 20rnd Magpul mags which are shorter and make it easier to shoot of the bench with and hunt.
