how do you get it started. When i got it all it ask is for the pin number and won't let me do anything. and i didn't even put in the pin number.

I have a 255W and i'm having trouble with it's screen. when i touch the map button to view the map of the destination i want, i will select back. and on the Qwerty key board if i select the letter M, O, L etc.. the unit keeps selecting Q. i've tryied to calibrate the screen like 10 times, but i still got the same issue.

Try getting a firmware update from the Garmin website. You need to plug your Nuvi into your computer with a USB cable though.
