Yes that is a sticker of a ghost on the engine cover.

When Koenigsegg moved into their factory which is a disused aircraft hanger in Sweden it used to belong to a Swedish fighter jet squadron whose symbol was this ghost logo.

Christian Von Koenigsegg decided to put the ghost logo's on the cars as tribute to the fighter pilots.
