my bike is not running right. it always bogs out if the choke is not on runs fine with the choke fully open. its just dose not idle right and when u give it gas it just dies. i was told the pilot jet is plugged is that what u think???? Thanks :)

The company law firm is very clear on this point of contention in the video making process. We can show you the actual dual-chrome muffler bearing cleaning, in situ. This is allowed under current American and International law.
@ailll1 A primary jet and main jet are the same. The slow jet or idle jet is only used for start-up and first 10% of throttle. Then your main or primary jet opens, and it is used in the rest of the 90% throttle. The main jet is controlled by the main jet needle and needle taper. The higher the jet needle rises, the more fuel comes out of the main jet. I hope that helps.
if its getting stuck full throttle that would be your slide Needle is Coming up way to high and its not falling back into place in the hole my kx 80 did that ! Because the shim is to Low to need to up click the shim on the needle ... but also try this when it gets stuck pull off the carb filter of take the air box off what ever you have and then look into the Carb and see how the main needle is sitting it could be "Bent " also ! so try that out Good Luck !

its ok. take off the sump. From a good bolt supplier, get what is called a helicoil (or similar brand). you will drill the hole out to the required size. Don't do this free hand- use some sort of stable set up or machine. Insert the stainless steel insert as recommended and you are good to go. The thread will be stronger than the original and you will be proud you have achieved this all on your own. I know this is daunting, but everything is when it is the first time.

YOur main jet is clogged with dried , gummy gas. Very common in bikes that have been stored over the winter or for a year or more. Remove the main jet, clean with carb cleaner and toothbrush, re install and fire it up. RH DSD

They are kehin carbs and I say they are expensive because One gasket kit for only one carb is 35 bucks. A rip-off in my opinion. Multiple carbs over two , are completely out of my league. RH

I have accidentally threaded about a 1/3 of the threads in the sump nut hole. (where you drain the oil out) Plz help.
