I went and watched her video before yours, and you're right, it's amazing how many people say such moronic things, and there's no other explanation than they feel threatened somehow. It's weird.
My opinion had nothing to do with whether or not things would be said in a place with or without social constraints. A person who says something on the internet will feel that way in any context, it's just a matter of whether or not they will say it out loud.

People basically only attack when they feel threatened, whether it is conscious or sub-conscious. It's just a matter of human psychology.
