For me, Big Time Rush is the best of the live action shows. While he's not my favorite character, I find Bitters, the hotel (or whatever) owner amusing since he does act goofy sometimes. (And he has a heart, as seen in Big Time Christmas.) Big Time Pranks is one of my favorite episodes. This episode especially was more fun since for the most part it wasn't about the band itself, but everyone doing pranks on each other. In general I like Season Two more than One (not that I thought One was bad).

"The 90's Are All That" is actually about one of the only things I watch relating to Nickelodeon, and the fact that my former-favorite channel is starting to become a new Disney Channel....it's just dissapointing.

I can sorta agree with ICarly & BTR, but Bucket & Skinner, I have to disagree.
Skinner's character IS likeable and funny at times IMO. He isn't just another dumb unlikeable airhead like London Tipton from TSL. He actually comes up with some good ideas and I think that given a few eps, we might get to see a different side. Hell, even Kel & Drake were only portrayed as just dumb in the first copule eps of their shows.
It's not like he ONLY makes dumb jokes. He's sort of chill & relaxed at times.
Another reason iCarly has become the Naked Brothers Band is because after a while, all the Naked Brothers was about was whether Nat and Rosalina's sex affair or whatever would last through the episode, now it's the same for Sam and Freddy. As for Big Time Rush, the plot is the same every single time, these dudes are assigned a task by their anger prone boss, they screw up, the boss gets pissed, but then randomly bails them out. As for Bucket and Skinner, just fuck that.
BTW, about BTR, you should check out their video for th song "Worldwide". It's an obvious copy of a certain Backstreet Boys video done well over a decade earlier.

I've always hated the "Best friend's brother" song even when I first heard it. It's like the lyrics were written by Rebecca Black and sung by a lesbian. And as for the main character herself, there's a very annoying thing about her: Whenever she gets confused, angry, disgusted, or annoyed, it all results in the same "knitting eyebrows" face that she constantly makes, because the appropriate situation to express it seems to come at least 1 time in every scene. -_-

@grifflent all these shows completely overshadow what these channels(Nick,CN Disney,fucking Nicktoons) were originally supposed to be about:CARTOONS. and the few cartoons that are on are average or just plain mediocre. plus it seems like all three of these channels have found their overrated cashcow to make ratings off of. Disney:Phineas and Ferb, Nick:Spongebob(or ICarly), CN:Adventure Time.
i willl admit spongebob is on atleast 4-5 hours a day..but its still a good show...the older episodes from 1999-2003 were better though but its still good and very entertaining
I have to agree that Bucket and Skinner is a complete waste of time and energy. I mean seriously, if Disney didn't even want it what makes Nick think they are gonna have success with it. I give this show one season and then it's gone. In terms of iCarly, I will defend that show to the death. It is one of my favorite live action shows and I think the last episode was really good. I also like BTR and I never noticed the connection between it and Ned's but I see it and that's prob why I like it.
I think the reason they show focus on fame is that kids want to fantasize themselves as famous. Especially online with iCarley being one of the popular shows.
@RebelTaxi99 Most shows nowadays either have some sort of focus on dating or fame, no matter what kind of show it is. The less these aspects are touched on, the better the show. Yes, everyone wants to be famous, but please Nickelodeon, please don't cram it into our heads as if we don't know any better.
@mystic489 I think that show will debut on NickToons instead of Nickelodeon. It makes more sense since the reruns of Avatar are on that network exclusively. I'm kinda looking forward to that show since Avatar was sooooo good.

I've always hated the "Best friend's brother" song even when I first heard it. It's like the lyrics were written by Rebecca Black and sung by a lesbian. And as for the main character herself, there's a very annoying thing about her: Whenever she gets confused, angry, disgusted, or annoyed, it all results in the same "knitting eyebrows" face that she constantly makes, because the appropriate situation to express it seems to come at least 1 time in every scene. -_-

I think these producers are not trying anymore. All of the live actions shows are teens going to school, acting as kids and laugh tracks.
Many of the actors are terrible.

WELL CONGRATUFUCKULATIONS YOU LIKE YOUR BEST FRIENDS BROTHER. WHY THE HELL DO I CARE?
And besides, I knew Nick was going to turn into Disney. Called it on day one!

@grifflent all these shows completely overshadow what these channels(Nick,CN Disney,fucking Nicktoons) were originally supposed to be about:CARTOONS. and the few cartoons that are on are average or just plain mediocre. plus it seems like all three of these channels have found their overrated cashcow to make ratings off of. Disney:Phineas and Ferb, Nick:Spongebob(or ICarly), CN:Adventure Time.

i willl admit spongebob is on atleast 4-5 hours a day..but its still a good show...the older episodes from 1999-2003 were better though but its still good and very entertaining

I have to agree that Bucket and Skinner is a complete waste of time and energy. I mean seriously, if Disney didn't even want it what makes Nick think they are gonna have success with it. I give this show one season and then it's gone. In terms of iCarly, I will defend that show to the death. It is one of my favorite live action shows and I think the last episode was really good. I also like BTR and I never noticed the connection between it and Ned's but I see it and that's prob why I like it.

I think the reason they show focus on fame is that kids want to fantasize themselves as famous. Especially online with iCarley being one of the popular shows.

@RebelTaxi99 Most shows nowadays either have some sort of focus on dating or fame, no matter what kind of show it is. The less these aspects are touched on, the better the show. Yes, everyone wants to be famous, but please Nickelodeon, please don't cram it into our heads as if we don't know any better.

@mystic489 I think that show will debut on NickToons instead of Nickelodeon. It makes more sense since the reruns of Avatar are on that network exclusively. I'm kinda looking forward to that show since Avatar was sooooo good.

i disagree about the icarly part cause the whole episode of the show cant always be focused on their web show. yes the show is based on that but other stuff has to happen. as for big time rush that sucks with dumbass sound effects. and bucket and skinner is just awful

I absolutely agree with you! Icarly has become so boring nowadays! You can totally tell that the producers are running out of ideas! Honestly, I thought that they should have stopped after the episode: "iHireAnIdiot"! That was too much for me!!! Bucket and skinner just sounded like an epic fail to begin with. Those two knuckleheads remind me of dumb and dumber! Only they're not doing it to be funny! I hope they don't have another season, because that is just too much!

when i fisrt saw bucket and skinner i thought it wasn't that bad but i agree the characters are annoying as shit, but nonetheless alright, i've seen big time rush i don't really like it, and i haven't seen icarly in forever so i have no opinion about the newer stuff but atleast it used to be pretty good
