"Install Themes" will be located at the top of the page. Do this: login to your wordpress admin area. Then on the leftside margin click on APPEARANCE, and then click on THEMES in the dropdown menu. When the page loads up, look in the middle but at the top of the header. It's next to MANAGE THEMES. There is a grayed out tab to the right of it that says INSTALL THEMES. It is kind of hard to see.
