@MegamanZXOmega oh, so she was a manga-exclusive character. I ended up bying the manga yesterday, published by yen-press. (and here I thought the arc was a videogame first. Well, that's how the original Higurashi storyline got famous.)

Its called the Demon Exposing Arc, and was published in an omnibus volume.

That was the demon exposing arc, jsut recently been published in the Uk by Yen Press ^^ It was written by Ryukishi07 (Obviously) and illustrated by En Kito (: Like you said for that other persons information, its how the origional title became more mainstream and popularised ^3^

One of the best arcs in my opinion. I suggest reading it.

her name is Natsumi Kimiyoshi, it's rumored that one of the club members(Rika, Satoko, Rena, Mion, Shion) is her grandmother. seeing how she has green hair, it's hinted to be either Mion or Shion, though it's unknown as to which one is and which one isn't. it's about a 50/50 chance. this means either Mion or Shion married a member of the Kimiyoshi family(unable to be with the one that they wanted to be with) or Natsumi's mother did so.

Nope. According to wikipedia it's a 3rd person shooter/fighting game. Other Higurashi games, however, are visual novels in which your goal is to solve the mystery.

why don't you get it you can get it by getting the daemon tools, bit torrent, a blank disk. then type in download higurashi daybreak, get a torrent then put in the disk (when the downloads done... don't download the game onto the disk) open daemon tools then click the picture of a computer in the bottom left. it should say open... then open higurashi daybreak and save it into my documents.

(if you have kai do the same after but with kai.)

after that take out the disk and the game should work.
