  • They shoulda had a little more practice for this event and wish the guitar had some flange too..

  • Stewart Copeland is so fucking intense it's great

  • I heard someone say that the Police played "fizzy" rock--(for non US Americans, that's the carbonation in a drink); Stewart is the "fizz" Nothing Sting has done on his own (though perhaps fine on its own merits) has the tingle of the Police.

  • esa bateria le queda chica a copeland ya que el es un dios un chingon de la bateria

  • He broke those drums by the end of the night.

    Greatest drummer out there.

  • Sound sucks... Faaaaaaaar from 80s...

The worst moment of the police!!!

  • They're one of my favorite bands. The performance wasn't shabby.

It's funny that some of the bands that get inducted has their worst performance at the award night. Ha-ha! (Check out when Van Halen was inducted)

  • Perfect mix of American angst and British charm...best band EVER!

  • god jul

  • god jul

  • sting wrote songs that stewart and andy made classics. sting has made no secret he used both to get to the top and then dropped them at the height of their success. i think stewart and andy are now using sting...

  • I think that is a very interesting yet true statement you made since stings solo career is not exactly going any were at the moment right now people want to see the police.

  • stewart copeland IS the police, as far as im concerned

  • im a drummer and im biased but id have to agree. where would walking on the moon be with out stewart copelands drumming?

  • Thank you lazer, I agree. Steward Copeland (Police's drummer) started the band and wrote many of their earliest songs (few get the airplay they deserve). Stewart wanted them to go punk but Sting wanted to do love songs, so that creative tension was what made the band great

  • i just noticed he totally messed up in the opening seconds before the rest of the band comes in

  • My band has done far worse

  • theyre minimalist (the opposite of metal)

less is more. . the drummer and guitarist know when to turn it down and when NOT to play

  • why are u telling me this did u mean to reply to someone else? i mean im not trying to be rude, but im really confused how what i said led to this reply lol

  • They should've gotten back together after this...it's gritty, but damn good.

  • fuck you

  • and you're probably a jackass

  • Stewart Copeland is undoubtedly one of the greatest drummers alive right now. He is extremely versatile, fast, and his playing is some of the cleanest I've ever heard. Sting is overrated as a vocalist though in my opinion...he really is not that impressive live. His instrumental he is the opposite...underrated, extremely. there will never be a band quite like The Police again IMO.

  • so....

  • dear god sting. his proformance is so varried here, in sounds great in places, but stinks the house out in others, his vocals arnt his best ether.

  • "better than ever".. thats definetly an opinion, or maybe its just the audio quality

  • Sting never realised he had such a good drummer in the band that was his main problem, the second being he's turned himself into a pompous "Frasier" character!

  • The great jazz drummers, from Max Roach to Roy Haynes, Billy Higgins to Elvin Jones, are hard to compare with, but Stewart Copeland is indeed the most interesting and exciting drummer rock and roll has ever had. Can't wait to hear more of him on the 2007 tour.

  • no he is tryin to use a more heavymetal type of cord the hole hall of fame he did he not usin the old regea type of tune

  • The guitarist is Andy..and yeah..its kinda funky, the tone. I think he is great..but I never got some of his tones. Maybe that's why he is in the Police, and I am not.

  • lol

  • Stewart's guitar is lacking effects on this one, i kinda like it

  • "Stewart's" guitar? Maybe if he had one... =)

  • Stewart Copeland is the best drummer in the whole world. Official.

  • So yeah who's ready to go broke paying for reunion tickets this summer besides me?

  • i'm in....i was saving for a house here in Los Angeles but it looks like it's going to go to tickets now...

  • i agree sting sounds better with stewart

  • fookin brilliant. Puts me right back at the picnics.

  • there has never or never will be 3 guys born to play together like these 3. unreal how they play off each other so much.

  • I beg to differ. Cream.

  • One of the greatest bands of all time...the best the 80's had to offer, imo!

  • Stewart Copeland rules

  • You will alwyas have the most unique sound in the world..thanks for the goods years..Sting needs stewart drumming thats for sure!!!
