@franknelson Just because i'm tired of people wondering what he uses for the straps here's exaclty what he uses. Ready? He uses a strap that goes on a horse no joke. I bought one and when I was done messing about with the straps it looked exactly like it with the ring in the middle and everything. It is exactly what he uses for the movie and it's almost identical. Just thought I'd wrap that up.

I'm jealous. I got a really nice fake chainsaw with all the authentic blood splatter on it and it turns on by a press of a button. I only need to adjust it by adding a cord and handle. Unfortunately it's a yellow chainsaw and the gun that I bought is fake. I'm a poor uni student with absolutely no time but this is supposed to be my Halloween costume for next year. Sucks that I'm a woman due to the fact of the lack of shirt rippage for this costume :P

sound effects. i dont believe the saw actually worked. you would've had to remove the motor and gas container to fit your hand in. you might've replaced it with a smaller electric motor to make the chain move, but those sounds werent real. That gun is all wrong, too.
