  • will an hd4650 work well with this processor?

  • @phatmonk6195

can't see why not, but the card isn't exactly the"newest kid on the block" if you know what i mean

  • Can you tell me what is better AMD X4 630 or Intel core i5?

  • @EmiVanKenobi

i dunno, never tried the i5

but i can tell you for sure the 630 is very good.

  • @BiffExploder is the phenom ii X2 BE better than it for gaming because i cannot decide

  • @phatmonk6195

x2 only has 2 cores, i wouldn't recommend a x2 processor, some games are starting to use 4 cores and the tendency is to see alot more games doing the same.

just get a cheap X4 processor or not so cheap (that depends on you)

GTA 4 and Battlefield Bad Company 2, both run alot better on quad cores both from AMD or intel

  • @BiffExploder

The setup of an entry level quad core and an ATI 5770 will max out almost all titles out there today and be able to play them smoothly up to 1920x1080. However, there are some titles out there where the cores don't matter at all. The extra cache from the Phenom BE might actually outperform the entry level quad's. The fact that it's a BE may also give it some boost as well, considering there can be more room for high overclocking, which is hard to do with the Athlon series.

  • @EmiVanKenobi for gaming go for amd and if you are going to do a shit lot of stuff then go for intel......but for gaming=amd

  • @EmiVanKenobi

they tested the 630 vs i5 , The 630 won

  • nice,new cpu & gpu is awesome

  • @MikserWins

thanks, they are pretty good for the price, thats for sure :P
