Nice job, and great shooting as always! If you like that comp, you should try the miller precision.. you can see yours still has some recoil, however the miller doesn't move. I've never shot anything like it. Just an FYI.
@gunsandguitars Can I swing by your house and pick it up some time? I plan to head to the ranch next weekend with the kids and I can give it a try then.
@nictaylor00 sure but it's already on my rifle, wouldnt it just be easier to A/B it side-by-side w/yours? I'd love to do a video comparison of the two and slow it down.
how are you liking that flat trigger? it seems like it might feel weird but also beneficial because then no matter where your finger goes it should be closer to the same pull every time! In theory!
@MrByronodmon surprisingly I love it. I did not think I would since I am so used to my RRA 2-stage trigger. Hopefully this trigger will work out in the matches. For some reason when I am shooting a match and trying to shoot long range accurately with my RRA trigger, I can make it double and triple. Almost like bumpfiring. I guess I am being too easy on the trigger or something. Hopefully this one will behave differently for me.
@nictaylor00 whats weird is just before i found out that you use an RRA Trigger with JP reduced spring kit I had bought that exact combo for my AR for 3-gun. haha And so far Love it! But I got that combo mainly for affordability and have thought about getting a Timney or some other type! I'll have to try doing some bump fire with my RRA I haven't had that happen yet!
@MrByronodmon I had a JP adjustable trigger too and it did the same thing to me. Only in a match! Have no idea why. I guess it is just me and how I am trying to be easy on the trigger. I'm liking this CMC trigger but I think I will leave my RRA in my 6.8 hunting rifle. I still like that set up a bunch.

@FiveTwoSevenTHR I think if you were to buy all those parts it would run just under $2k. However, I won the upper, lower, muzzle break, scope mount, and trigger so minus those parts I probably paid just under $1k for it. Shhh, don't tell my wife.
@cpercival02 Thanks! This was just a quick and dirty one to share the results of the build. I am very happy with the performance of this rifle so far.
