I have just watched The Perfect Storm aired on The BBC in the UK and i forgot how great a movie it is. I think i would class it in the top 10 of best movies ever made.

It has everything and some of the scenes especially when the Andrea Gale was struggling to survive and when the Coast guard are trying to save the helicopter crew are just amazing. It does a really great job of making a human connection with the people waiting on news.

But this trailer is extremely unfair to the atmosphere of the movie. It sounds as if it's packed with lots action and dramatic moments, but it's actually kind of mellow. I love the scene where Mark Wahlberg goes: "Christina, can you hear me?" Uh! That's a tearjerker.

almost every film no one dies,

for example Lord of the rings, the hobbits got the ring distroyed without someones life was taken.. you know that it's gonna happen anyway, yeah hes totally gonna make it

but I was astonnished in the end when they didn't make it..

I tought that the one in the end would still come back and suprise all but that didn't happen..

this movie is worth watching, and it is based on a tru story makes it even more worth to watch!!
