@RubyEngel since the subtitles did not show the others calling him "Kazuko" I was mistaken by the situation. So I apologize for seeming rude to anybody for that particular incident.
When Kazuya is pretending to be a girl, like at 1:50, they call him "Kazuko-chan" because it's a girl's name. So fans sometimes refer to him cutely, as "Kazuko" or "Kazuko-chan". Obviously this person knows his name is Kazuya. =_=
@innos3ntCrim3 The scenes were taken from 2 different sources as you may noticed that even though Kame was wearing the same poncho, his hair was styled differently. Both are from Shounen Club episodes for Christmas and Valentines Day. The first was from episode 10/12/2010 (check KAT_TUN5@LJ). The second was from episode 4/02/2011 (going_gonin@LJ).
