    No, works just fine. Maybe something is wrong with your touch sensor.

    Try new drivers but, I think that it might be hardware problem. Anyway, check if screen shadow (or any other) doesnt line up with touch sensor, sometimes I had that happend and volume start going up and down, or even had my cd ejected.
