  • Hi Ron, Thanks for the kind comment, but it is far from professional, I have to pre-drill my nail holes or else I bend over the nails!

    I did not have to on the stump cover because that was soft pine (pressure treated) but when I built my deck I pre-drilled every place I put a nail.

  • Hello ol buddy :) Nice projects you made there ! I remember when I put the roof on my deck I think my legs hurt for a week going up and down that ladder !! I bet the stump cover made a nice home for a chipmunk or two !! If you hit your thumb with the hammer I was ready to hold my ears !!! ///ken

  • Hi Ken, Thanks for the nice comment, I just did another project today and my back is hurting, getting too OLD but I enjoy doing this stuff.

    No thumb banging in this video...Ha Ha, at least not yet.

    No chipmunks, the outside cat takes care of them.
