That marker is pretty badass, man. I'm working on turning my A5 into a Galil. I'm a big fan of Israeli weapons and gear(you would know if you saw my loadout, lol). I'm about 45% done. A LOT of modification still needs to be taken care of. Good luck with your future paintball projects!

@WaaWaaWheeWaa Ah very nice man you should get some glow in the dark paintballs to mix it up a bit haha. use like a 1:10 ratio with 1 glow ball to 10 regulars in your hopper. That'll keep people guessing!

@Mark37251 actually, i believe markers like that are extremely durable. in a typical speedball game i think you go threw more crap than any woodsball game. you do slides all the time, shoot A LOT more paint, and such and such. I've seen a typical speedball marker be slammed into mud and on hard surfaces and work perfectly fine. I mean seriously, people still use their old ego 05's and shoot like new. I just don't see how physically this gun is more "Durable" than a G6R. It's a tank.
Hey Mark, I can't find a review anywhere for the Opsgear M4 Picatinny Handguard other than a single review for the X7 which says that the screws are coming loose. How do you like the handguard? I'm looking at ordering one quite soon so i would really appreciate your view on it. Thanks!

@bulm13 paintball is shitloads of fun thats why. and i do have real guns as well. a sig 556, sig 552, GSG-5SD, taurus .357 magnum, ruger LCP, manurhin .380 (walther ppk), and a buttload of ammo. shotgun is next :) keep in mind it's never a waste of money if you enjoy it.

@yushy564 it depends where you live. how big your property is, and how close other peoples yards are. technically anyone within range of a shot has to be wearing proper eye protection. but if you have woods nearby you can usually play there without any problems as long as you dont do anything dumb. and if the cops do come just be cool and be respectful and tell them you were just playing a game. 99 times out of 100 they'll be cool with it. play safe.
@zephilon1997 It's in the description man... About $890. including the price of the gun. When I did all this it was brand new so it was more expensive. Now alot of the stuff is cheaper including the actual gun. It still works flawlessly, love this thing lol.
@crucifytheinnocent1 keep in mind this was nearly 4 years ago that i built this gun. everything was brand new at the time. now its all cheaper, especially because the x7 is out and more popular. but my a5 keeps on truckin with god only knows how many rounds through it at this point.
@Mark37251 theres more. the selector switch, grip is bigger, front grip is bigger, the bottom tang comes off, there's a sling attachment at the front, new piston for the cyclone feed, black ASA line, new cyclone feed paddles and a better barrel and there isnt that annoying latch in front of the trigger guard anymore
@crucifytheinnocent1 sweet sounds like solid upgrades. im surprised they haven't added and kind of railing to it though. beyond the dovetail on the top anyway. no-one uses dove tail, you need an adapter to do anything with it.

@Devi1DogCota well this is probably your best bet. they make a solid stock that is basically the exact same thing as the M16 solid stock but its impossible to use. when you have your mask on, you cant look down the gun to aim, because the mask hits the stock. but this stock has that slight indented curve that allows you to aim properly and still look awesome. lol. kick ass movie by the way ;D

Can you get a rail and red dot sight for the tippmann 98?
Also, since I don't use the sights on a 98 usually because they suck so much, so I just do kinda hip fire while changing for the next shot to be on target, would a red dot sight help?
@H0rizon1 sure you can, i believe its a dovetail rail on them. and yes a red dot helps alot. it alows you to get a better aim for your cold shot (first shot). in other words you can hit your target with one round and have a better chance of not giving away your position. the thing you will have to learn is compensation for ball drop since it's so drammatic on paintball guns. but it does help a whole lot on the horizontal plane.

@Potts132 Yeah airsoft really isn't that bad. It's friggin cheap too lol. 5k rounds are 6 bucks as opposed to 5k paintballs which would run you about 60 bucks for decent paint. AND airsoft pellets are re-useable.

ahahahahahahh the m16 mag opens!!!!! soooo lame!!!! the only thing that is wrong with paintball is this. the gun can look cooler that anything else bith ur mags are alme! that is why i prefer airsoft.

@Mark37251 Rap4 also make magazine loaded paintball and they have conversion kits for the A-5 to turn it into a mag fed system :D also you can hide Co2 and tanks within the stock to make paintball guns more milsim like :D

@Mark37251 Question. I use nothing but Tippmann. but I have a question on your stock. Can I use that same stock for an M16 set up? I have the CAR Stock, but I want my M16 to look similair to what Schwarzenegger used in Predator. So I need the solid stock, and not the colapse.

@Devi1DogCota well this is probably your best bet. they make a solid stock that is basically the exact same thing as the M16 solid stock but its impossible to use. when you have your mask on, you cant look down the gun to aim, because the mask hits the stock. but this stock has that slight indented curve that allows you to aim properly and still look awesome. lol. kick ass movie by the way ;D

Can you get a rail and red dot sight for the tippmann 98?
Also, since I don't use the sights on a 98 usually because they suck so much, so I just do kinda hip fire while changing for the next shot to be on target, would a red dot sight help?

@H0rizon1 sure you can, i believe its a dovetail rail on them. and yes a red dot helps alot. it alows you to get a better aim for your cold shot (first shot). in other words you can hit your target with one round and have a better chance of not giving away your position. the thing you will have to learn is compensation for ball drop since it's so drammatic on paintball guns. but it does help a whole lot on the horizontal plane.

@Potts132 Yeah airsoft really isn't that bad. It's friggin cheap too lol. 5k rounds are 6 bucks as opposed to 5k paintballs which would run you about 60 bucks for decent paint. AND airsoft pellets are re-useable.
