Terrible body posture: 1) runner arms, not hammer arms 2) 3 knee rockers not 3 squats and lift,point toe down 3) knee repeaters, get know yr knee, but u stand right up. 4) yes, u did not stop for the participant when she fall, that is really bad & I am worry how do u keep yr class members safe. And many comments to go on
i'd be nervous if he did... @ 15:20 he had a participant fall flat on her butt-- could have been severe and he never acknowledged her... he could have stopped and put the participant before his certification taping, but he didn't... pretty horrifying as a former LMI instructor
