Evidently that person who said that this apartment is located in TX doesn't even know how the New York City buss and W 72 st. look like. This location is btw. Central Park and one block from Riverside park and Hudson river.
This bldg. might no longer exist as of 2010; several gorgeous brownstones torn down to build modern high-rise SW corner W. 72nd -- you can see crane in final shot out window. Bldg. across street is Alexandria (condos), most recently known as love shack for Jon Gosselin. A shame, as this used to one of the best blocks on the UWS.
If you don't mind me asking, how much a month do you pay? I am going to be moving to NYC in about 3 years to become a FDNY EMT and wont be making a lot of money, only 27 grand a year.
Also, any advice on where to live, how to find a cheap but decent apartment, etc. would be much appreciated!
wow these apartments are very small you need to move to houston texas where you can own a nice big house or live in a hi-rise loft for what your paying
Lovely area because I shops there often, but the overall look of the apartment....definite pass. No way.
