very nice, but the guitar comes out a little more in front than it should to my ears, also, reflects off the wall behind it (you can use that for a little 'reverb' at the same time).

that one is a tony dixon. its about 15 bucks? 18 bucks? 20-something? Something like that. You get what you pay for with whistles. The tuning on a $5 or $8 whistle won't be very good, and you'll soon find yourself wanting a better one. the tony dixon traditional whistle that is being played here isn't too expensive and you'll be able to keep it around for the long haul.

Great music. Reminds me of the Irish dance show I saw at Busch Gardens, Williamsburg. I agree with an earlier comment that the guitar was a little strong in this and could be a little softer. The only minor complaint I have about this song is that it seemed to just stop.

Your popularity around here has grown amazingly too, I look back on your older pieces now which at the time really moved me but now i see their mistakes and comparing them to your present stuff you've really grown in your music.

Fantastic playing - may I suggest the guitarist eases into the back a bit more... The guitar is such a powerful instrument, capable of strong projection, that it can tend to dominate all other intruments. In my opinion (feel free to disagree ;->) the melody instruments need to lie a bit more over the top of the rhythm of the guitar, so that they aren't swamped and the intracacies of how they complement aren't lost.

Very Good... Guitarist.... try and listen to the melody more and mimic it's rhythmic points... more upbeats... less straight forward rhythm.

Very Good. Also, everyone should accent regularly the key rhythmic points in the melody (which change from section A to section B). Section B has very strong accents on the 1 which you do quite well.. but you seem to loose accenting in section A.)

What I've really seen in most of your videos, and this could just be the rooms you record in, is that you blend the volumes of your instruments poorly. The music is great, but as soon as the whistle comes in it is nearly all I can hear. Some guitar, but the fiddle is not even audible. Good song though.
