It's a shame that many people mistake Funtwo as Jerryc (Brian May being one of these people). Funtwo is a great guitarist, but I think Jerryc is way better. Ever see Jerryc's other videos? His "studio" version of Canon rock is the most clean thing you'll ever hear. Even better than this cover. It's absolutely astounding.

Also check out Jerryc's guitar clinic videos, he's amazing in those as well.

This is much better than JerryC's version.. He changed some moments, and now it sounds better. Also his gear is better than Jerry's, so its cleanest and .... hmmm... nice :D

his version may be more "clean" than JerryC's...but I'd rather listen to JerryC's version. This version is more technical...but lacks that rock/edginess feel of JerryC's version. You feel the music better in Jerry's video, like the way it was meant to be played. There is more emotion is Jerry's video, you can tell from all the techniques Jerry uses. But nonetheless, this version is good as well...just kinda lackluster

I think the really good covers are by Indrek, Josh Wu, and FunTwo. Might all sound the same to you because they are all using the same backing track but their guitar notes are different.

JerryC has been credited with being the original arranger of the rock version and the original classical composer is Johann Pachelbel.

this is so much cleaner the the first jerry c video. also i like better because the screaming is so much cleaner and louder and better. im watching your video to figure out how to play it. about 1hr and im like 1/3 done!
